Building 177, originally the Naval Library, has been newly renovated with wood floors and white walls, and is a wonderful blank space for your event. The space has grand vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and offers over 7,000 square feet of versatile space. Designed specifically with events in mind, guests flow naturally between our scenic outdoor patio, an entry foyer, and our main hall. We also have designed bridal suite for brides and their bridal parties to enjoy. For corporate events, we have the option to add on break out rooms and conference spaces at the Command Center, just steps from Building 177. Building 177 hosts up to 425 guests for a seated reception, 500 for theatre style, and 750 guests for a cocktail style party.
