It’s hard to put into words just how magical our wedding day was at The Headquarters by Wedgewood Weddings. From the moment we first visited, we felt something special about this place, and that feeling only grew as we planned our day with their incredible team. Even though we were only the third wedding ever hosted at this brand-new venue, everything went perfectly. You would have never known how new it was because everything was seamless and exceeded every expectation we had. Emma, our coordinator, was truly the heart behind it all. She was calm, organized, and so thoughtful every step of the way. She guided us through the planning process and made sure the entire day ran smoothly so we could truly relax and soak it all in. Janae and the sales team were also wonderful, answering every question with patience and genuine excitement, which made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. On the day itself, the banquet team of Nat, Cody, and Aaron completely blew us away. The food was delicious, the service was flawless, and so many of our guests commented on how cared for they felt. Their kindness and professionalism created such a warm, joyful atmosphere that we will never forget. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and so much more. It was joyful, heartfelt, and unforgettable, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team at Wedgewood Weddings. If you’re thinking about hosting your wedding here, do it. Even as one of the very first couples to celebrate at this venue, we felt like we were in the best, most caring hands. It was pure magic from start to finish.

We just had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate this past Friday and are still in awe at how perfect it all was! From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice. The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision! We also had the pleasure of getting Mikayla as our day-of coordinator (full circle moment) and she was the absolute BEST! All the decor was set up exactly how we wanted it, and she helped keep us on schedule for the day. She was super sweet and even brought our dog, Delilah, a bowl of water before the ceremony :) DJ was our banquet captain and he was INCREDIBLE. He made sure that we had food and kept our drinks flowing all night, and was even kind enough to pack us a little bit of everything to take home! Another thing we are extremely happy with was how great the food was. Our guests are still raving about it, and everyone says it's some of the best wedding food they've ever had! We are so so grateful to Mikayla, DJ, and the entire Fallbrook team for making our big day so magical. Truly something we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Fallbrook Estate and the Wedgewood team to anyone - you won't regret it!

My husband and I could not have imagined a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we chose to have our special day at the beautiful Secret Garden! We got married on December 14, 2024 and it was the most beautiful day we could have imagined! We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was so available and responsive. As the day approached, we met with our day-of coordination Laura and she was truly amazing!! She helped me create the day of my dreams and was very prompt in responding to any of our concerns. She helped bring our vision to life and I am so grateful!! The very inclusive experience at The Secret Garden was also so helpful. We ended up going through our own food vendor for BBQ for dinner, but everything else was seamless and really helped ease the wedding planning stress. The photography and videography team was so amazing and captured our day so beautifully. I still cry tears of joy looking at our pictures and videos from the special day! :') The DJ services provided were also amazing and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jason Lyons! Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at The Secret Garden. It was worth every penny to marry my best friend at such a beautiful place surrounded by everyone we love!! :)

The center supplied everything - pumpkins, and array of succulents, decorative items, working tables and glue guns - and even had treats and drinks. We had a great time chatting with others, admiring the other creations and getting more ideas for future creative work. Kudos to the staff who decorated the space and hosted us so generously!

The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.

The team at the California Center For The Arts, Escondido was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was excellent - they always responded to my emails quickly and thoroughly answered any questions I had. They allowed me to set up my own decorations the day before, which was the best thing ever! If you don't have a wedding planner, they do offer a wedding coordinator which is a lot more affordable and super helpful the day of the wedding. The event space itself was perfect for our wedding, accommodating our 189 guests (rented 3 halls). The venue has 5 halls, so depending on your guest count, you can have a super large wedding or small. On the day of, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and all of our guests raved about the delicious food and beautiful reception setup. They have so many locations to take really nice pictures which allowed us to not travel to a different location to take pictures. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stress-free, beautiful wedding day. Thank you, Meghan (event coordinator), for making our wedding day be amazing and stress free!

The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our coordinator, James, was the absolute best - he was so friendly, helpful, and chill, and truly put us at ease throughout the entire process. The team at Twin Oaks accommodated all of our needs and changes, especially when we had to adjust some plans due to the weather. The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!

I would get married here every day! We don't live too far away so we love driving by and reminiscing about the best day of our lives. They were very communicative and super easy to plan with. Considering this is in La Jolla, the price was also very affordable and they had a great list of vendors that they recommend. I wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding day and very happy with the venue. We had the ceremony in the garden area, cocktail hour outside on the patio, and the reception indoors. It was early April so we were happy to have both options inside or outside, with last minute changes if necessary, as we weren't sure if it was going to be raining.

If you're looking for great Chinese seafood dishes for a big banquet, this is your space. We booked in advanced a few months and Randy, the manager helped us through the full process. We had a dance floor, 13 tables (10 seats per table) and wonderful food for all our guests to enjoy. Jasmine met our expectations and then some. As the bride, I had selfish allergy, but the peking duck and steak cubes I had, was amazing. From the amount of guests we had and the feedback we got, everyone LOVED the food. We hope more people give Jasmine a try as their wedding venue. My husband and his family even came back for dinner the next. day and enjoyed the meal immensely.

We had our wedding here on June 6th and it was absolutely everything we hoped for and more :) What made Mt. Woodson perfect for us: - highly professional and friendly staff from our first tour to the day and communication afterwards, special shout-out to our day-of coordinator Jessica and Derek & Kelsey who worked with us while planning - Stunning outdoor and indoor venue, so you can have the ceremony & dinner outside and then switch inside for the party and dessert. Bonus: in the worst case of bad weather you still have a fantastic place for your wedding instead of a back-up tent solution. And you can go until 11pm while other venues limit the party to 10pm. - Amy's Closet is filled with items to use free of charge and they allow DIY flowers/decor which was important to me since I am artistic and wanted to give my wedding a personal touch. Only thing you have to do is assign a person resposible for set-up & take down but our day-of coordinator was so sweet to lend a hand too. - Food was fantastic! We opted for 2 carving stations & buffet style dinner but they also offered plated menus for our guests with dietary restrictions. Our guests were complimenting the food and many went back for seconds and vegan & vegetarian guests were happy with their plates too. Plus: you get to take home the delicous left-overs- they even packed a beautiful to-go plate separately for the bride & groom. - Plenty of parking with option to leave the car over night. Just beware that Ramona is a bit remote so it is not quite as easy to catch a ride, so preordering transportation makes sense. There is some stairs and uneven paths but myself as a bride and all other guests in heels were getting around just fine and also our older guests had no complaints. They were also very accomodating of my brother who is in a wheel chair and they had bathrooms that were accessible for him. Thank you again to the whole Mt.Woodson staff for the BEST experience ever!

From the moment I met Marcela, the Handlery coordinator, I knew our experience would be memorable for all the right reasons. She was attentive and patient with all our questions and was quick to get back to our emails. The venue itself is lovely, especially the outdoor wedding gazebo. Building 177, originally the Naval Library, has been newly renovated with wood floors and white walls, and is a wonderful blank space for your event. We loved having our wedding reception at the museum! It was a unique venue, bright, and spacious. It’s an experience we (and our guests) still talk about almost 6 years later. It was a stress free wedding as Jenny (venue coordinator) was so easy to work with and very helpful in coordinating with all of our vendors and day of wedding coordinator. The museum has an approved list of vendors, and made suggestions that made the night even more special (like keeping the dinosaur skeleton out during the reception!) The cocktail hour was held on the second level, and the guests were able to walk through the exhibits. The reception was on the first level which was spacious.
