“Our Epic Events Studios media team was absolutely incredible. Ella and Liv captured our photos, and Brian and Alex shot our video, and we are so grateful for all four of them. From the very start of the day, they were professional, kind, organized, and brought such a calm, positive energy to the hotel room that made everything feel easy, even with 14 women getting ready at once.
We especially appreciated that they met us at the hotel, traveled with us to Coronado, and then continued on to the venue. With multiple locations throughout the day, their flexibility meant so much to us. As a San Diego native, I had a specific vision for taking photos in Coronado, and despite the strong sun, they brought that vision to life in a way that completely exceeded my expectations. They made every transition feel seamless and remained upbeat, attentive, and fully present throughout it all. Most importantly, I appreciated that they stayed patient and positive despite the heat.
Ella and Liv made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured everything so naturally and beautifully. Alex and Brian did an amazing job preserving the movement, emotion, and energy of the day in such a meaningful way. Together, they worked so seamlessly as a team and made us feel supported every step of the way. At times, it felt like they were not just our photographers and videographers, but our guardian angels throughout the day. From helping me put on my veil when my family members were having trouble, to helping bustle my wedding dress when I started to panic and didn't know how to do it, they completely eased my stress.
The team also caught moments we almost missed ourselves, like the cake cutting. We were so caught up in dancing that we nearly forgot, and I appreciated so much that they pulled us aside to make sure we captured such a special moment!
And of course, the photos and videos they captured were absolutely stunning. As someone who is not used to being photographed and does not usually consider themself photogenic, I was truly blown away by how beautiful and flattering everything turned out! They really knew how to capture our best angles and guide us in a way that felt natural and comfortable. We are beyond thankful for how beautifully our Epic Events Studios team captured our wedding day. These are memories we will cherish forever, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, flexible, and genuinely wonderful photo and video team in San Diego.”
