Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. I originally found her on Zola and hired her for day-of setup and design support—but she ended up being so much more than that. From the very beginning, Emily was incredibly responsive and kind, answering questions and offering guidance in the months leading up to our big day. We really dove in a month before the wedding to finalize all the details. I had already designed and chosen the decor myself, and Emily took everything I envisioned and brought it to life beautifully. On the wedding day, she handled setup and styling with such care and professionalism. Every detail was perfect, and walking into the finished space felt like stepping into my dream. “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! Thank you so much for making this day run smoothly. Best day ever !”

“Heather and her team at Wind n’ Sea Events were absolutely wonderful. From our first meeting, Heather made me feel comfortable by getting to know me to understand my vision for our wedding. I hired Heather for month of wedding coordination. As the wedding got close, Heather contacted me to make sure we were still on the same page about the rehearsal and wedding day. She ensured that the ceremony was as smooth as possible. We were requiring all of our guests be tested for Covid the day of the wedding, and Heather coordinated gathering the test results and ensuring everyone was negative. During the reception, Heather coordinated our vendors to keep things running on our agreed timeline. I surprised my husband with a Hawaiian Wedding Dance and Heather was there to help me change out of my wedding dress and into my performance dress in the four minutes I had to change. I would have been a mess of stress and anxiety without Heather and Wind N’ Sea Events. I cannot recommend them more highly!”

“We hired Charnecia for partial planning for our wedding in June and she was a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day go very smoothly! Overall we had a good experience, despite a few mixups near the start of our time together. Charnecia was always responsive and very generous with her time and even offered to put together our favors and helped us SO much with our decor and thinking through all the little details and aspects of the timeline we wouldn’t have thought of on our own.
