I barely have the right word to describe how amazing this team was. From the begining of the process, I felt like they really understood me and my partner. They asked all the right questions, clearly lined out what I could expect (which exceeded my expectations) and over delivered. I was the most relaxed bride there ever was and it had everything to do with them. They had my complete trust which allowed me to not have to think of anything on my wedding day. They fully understood me. They made me feel like family. They felt as close and important to me as my own family. They supported me and carried me through the day. They cried happy tears with me once I was finally married. Surely, I have to be special to them and they'll never forget me ;) Well at least that is the way they made me feel and that really speaks to them and their work and how amazing they are at what they do. Hardest part of my wedding day was saying goodbye to them at the end of the night. I can not thank them enough.

We were so incredibly happy to have worked with Katie as our wedding coordinator for our wedding day! She made our day so seamless, beautiful, and completely stress-free! She really helped us clean up our timeline and made sure things went smoothly, which was much needed given how many things we wanted to do that day! She came to our venue meetings and made sure all the details were addressed and even communicated with our vendors. The wedding dashboard she created for us was helpful because it reminded us about all the things we needed to do leading up to the big day. She went above what was expected and she even took her time to learn about our culture so she can better facilitate the wedding and incorporate our traditions. On the day of, she handled all the unexpected problems and surprises which allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. For example, our wedding cake was not delivered to our wedding venue. Katie called the bakery and got us an identical cake to be made and delivered the day of our wedding! We honestly couldn't have had such a perfect day without Katie’s help! We are so appreciative of everything she did for us! If you need an amazing wedding planner/coordinator, who is organized, easy to reach out to, and able to think on her feet to solve unplanned surprises, Katie is your girl! we’d HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I truly couldn’t imagine how the day would have went without her. She gave me peace of mind, comfort, and support that made me feel extremely take care of on the most important day of my life.

Vows and Visions Coordination did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. Booking her and her team was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. As crazy or hectic things got, from a late night snack caterer canceling 3 weeks out, forgetting my veil day of, my dress strap snapping 10 minutes before walking down the aisle, everything was handled excellently and saved one way or another. Some meetings turned into my therapy vent session from stress I felt from planning and she listened patiently each time, always reassuring everything would be ok. Jazmine and her team made sure we were taken care of the entire night (thank you for bringing us a drink right after saying I do- it was much needed). She gave us a moment to soak in and look at our finished reception before letting all our guests in. Made sure we got our dinner and snacks first, asking if we needed anything throughout the night, and made sure things were running smoothly and on time. We couldn’t have had a more beautiful wedding with the people we loved all around us without Vows and Visions.

I got married on 07/16/23. Where do I begin! Emily was there to help me when my first venue shut down and helped me find a new venue that was 100x more beautiful. Emily went out of her way to help coordinate a meeting and visit. On the day she did such an amazing job that she made everything look way better than I ever imagined. She also helped make the day flow smoothly that all vendors were aware of the timeline and things were done on time. She helped me fit in all my major events during photography coverage. I cannot say enough about Emily. You really need to choose her because she will give it her all to help make your day go smooth and look amazing. My husband and I appreciate you for all the help you have provided us. And also she took some pics of the wedding and videos and I'm so thankful she did because I am in awe and love the stuff she captured.

When we began our wedding planning journey, we were debating whether or not to hire a wedding planner. Christina and her team are an absolute dream. She was responsive, supportive and caring through every step of my wedding planning. I had been a customer for years just buying florals for family and friends. But for my wedding, she was everything I needed and more. She helped me find my venue and recommended more than half of my vendors. She brought my vision to life effortlessly and didn’t make me feel stressed or worried once. She is also open to any ideas and collaboration/DIY from her clients! She’s the best pick for florals, planning, and coordination.
