A uniquely private wedding venue in quaint Rancho Santa Fe, California. The Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe is currently reserving into 2027 with just one wedding per day. The grounds offer a natural background of gardens and lush greenery, with the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. As a bonus, they are a short drive away from stunning California beaches and can accommodate requests for off-site ceremonies, including a beach cliff wedding ceremony.

This space features vaulted ceilings complete with delicate drapery across dark wooden beams and crystal chandeliers. Enter through the foyer with room for a bar, a dessert table, or a lounge area. A charming fireplace welcomes you across the way, with a stage to the northwest. Access to the bridal suite, groom's room and guest bathrooms, and kitchen.

We’re so happy!!!
We got married at The Secret Garden in March 2026 and the experience was truly incredible and seamless. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! I was so happy working with the team from the very beginning. The funny thing is that it was the first and only venue that we toured and I have zero regrets! They are so kind and happy to work with your wants and your budget. They are also prompt with their responses and answer all questions you may have at any time. Drew was our day of coordinator and he made our day so special and perfect. He had such a good vision for our day and I am forever grateful to him for everything he did. I highly recommend this venue and Epic Events Company for your wedding and planning!

The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, the team was attentive, quick to respond, and had such a positive and helpful attitude. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - a private, lush garden oasis that felt so special and intimate for our big day. Laura, our day-of coordinator, and the entire team made the planning process so smooth and were always there to help with any questions or needs we had. They truly made our wedding day seamless and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. We are so grateful to have found this hidden gem and would recommend it to any couple looking for a truly magical wedding experience.
Wonderful experience at the Secret Garden
We had our wedding here on October 23rd, 2025. It was beautiful and the Epic team made the day as easy as possible. Our coordinator Drew was awesome - he gave us some great ideas to improve the event during our meetings and helped minimize our stress day-of. It went off without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier. The venue itself is also beautiful which a number of our guests commented on.
The best wedding we could have asked for!
The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! This venue came with the best team and I would 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience and beautiful wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our special day perfect (and EPIC) in every way. It truly was the dream team and a dream wedding - thank you epic events for everything!
