Hello, I’m Caiti Mae, the proud owner of C Walmer Events LLC! As a Lancaster County native, wife, and dog mom, I bring my passion for organization and love of celebration to every wedding I plan. What started as a knack for managing and organizing has blossomed into a fulfilling career. My journey began after planning my own wedding in 2014 and being asked by friends to coordinate theirs. From there, C Walmer Events was born! I believe every couple deserves to be head-over-heels in love with their big day. That’s why I’m dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind celebrations that reflect your love story.

Everything about our experience working with Caiti was wonderful. Originally, we thought that we could plan the wedding ourselves, but deciding to hire Caiti was the best decision we could have made. We had so much anxiety prior to hiring Caiti, and I remember feeling like such a weight was off our shoulders even after our first call with her. We were nervous about getting everything ready ourselves and she completely put our minds at ease and changed our mindset from being nervous to being excited! Caiti is very prompt with her communication which is extremely appreciated. While in the planning stages, Caiti gave us recommendations for different vendors and advice on how to deal with the vendors. Our venue was not a typical wedding venue, and the owner was difficult to work with at times. Caiti put so much effort into connecting with the owner and ensuring that everything was being prepared correctly. She really made us feel like a priority even though we got married in the busiest season. The itinerary, agenda, templates that Caiti created were so incredibly helpful. The officiant even commented that he had never seen a more organized wedding and that it made his job much easier. And it put our minds at ease seeing exactly how our day would happen. Caiti was a superstar on the actual wedding day and kept everything on track and running smoothly (and that’s hard with over 200 people!). I couldn’t recommend Caiti more for anyone looking for wedding planning or coordination. I will be recommending Caiti to all my friends getting married!

Caiti and her assistant planner were truly incredible! From the moment we started working together, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Leading up to the big day, she helped alleviate so much of our stress, especially when a few vendors fell through at the last minute. Her calm and confident approach gave us complete peace of mind. We live out of state from where our wedding was held and she made sure to let us know that she would help wherever she could as she was more local to the venue. On the wedding day itself, she and her team handled everything seamlessly. There were issues I didn’t even know about until after the wedding because she took care of them so efficiently! She was personable, highly organized, and had the perfect level of assertiveness to keep things on track—especially with our 14-person bridal party. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in planning our wedding. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and make your day stress-free, she’s the one!

Caiti did a phenomenal job as the coordinator for my daughter's wedding! She is extremely professional, helpful, efficient, and creative - addressing details and problems with ease and confidence, making great suggestions, and pulling everything together. We had an extremely small and laid back wedding & reception so I truly believed I could do everything on my own. Thank goodness I reached out to Caiti for some help with everything as I realized how over my head I truly was. Caiti is very knowledgeable and organized in all things events. She helped keep everything straight and guided me on things I wouldn’t have even thought about. I’m positive that our day would not have run so smoothly if it hadn’t been for Caiti. I am so thankful for her sacrifices and selflessness throughout the whole event (including before & after!!) to make sure our day was so memorable and without issue. I don’t think I realized how much work actually went into this kind of thing and how much credit a coordinator truly deserves. They do so much behind the scenes work while you are enjoying your day that you might not even know about. (Some things I only learned recently that family members shared) So if you’re thinking you can get by without a coordinator, please take my advice- don’t attempt it!!! Hire CW Events!

I personally lead, plan, and attend every wedding to ensure your day is everything you’ve envisioned. My team is there to provide support and assist with executing every detail flawlessly. Together, we make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

I occasionally book more than one wedding or event in a weekend, but I usually commit my time to just one client per weekend. This allows me to be fully present for your rehearsal, welcome party, and any last-minute details that may arise. My goal is to ensure you feel supported and stress-free throughout the entire process.

Each event is unique, so the time we spend together will depend on your specific needs. Once the contract is signed, there’s no limit to email and phone communication—I’m here for you every step of the way. In-person time typically includes your final walkthrough, rehearsal or welcome party, and, of course, the entire day of your event. I’m also happy to meet an additional time or two, whether in person locally, via Zoom, or wherever works best for you.

I’ve been planning weddings for nearly a decade, averaging 20+ events per year. While I don’t keep an exact count, I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide variety of celebrations, from intimate gatherings to larger, multi-day weddings. My specialty is spending ample time in advance with couples to carefully plan every detail — from logistics and timelines to vendor coordination — so that when the wedding day arrives, everything flows seamlessly and the couple can truly enjoy the moment.
