Me and my wife shoot weddings together. We have been doing so for the past 5 years professionally and have done one 50 weddings. We also offer photography and drone. "Let us make your moment last forever."

We actually work together as a married couple. So not only have we been through the process of a wedding day first hand, but we actually enjoy capturing the beautiful moments of your special day and making the memory look even better then the actual experience.

Description

package includes videographer as well as photographer with drone footage included. Will receive a 7-10 minute highlight of the video of the day as well as up to edited photos. Also includes engagement shoot with up to 50 photos and video reels for social media.

    The videographer from Capture the Moment Visuals provided inconsistent and disappointing customer service. Communication was minimal, cold, and often difficult, with little coordination on the wedding day, resulting in my husband needing to locate the videographer himself to be mic’d for the ceremony. I was initially told that audio from the speeches had been captured, which was very important to me. During revisions, I was first told the audio could not be used due to sirens and later informed it never existed, without any prior discussion, despite my request to be contacted if there were issues. Title slides were not included in the draft but appeared in the final version without explanation. The timing and fonts were inconsistent, and I was told changes would cost an additional 200 because they were not part of the original revision request. The experience felt transactional and, at times, like a money grab. I paid what we were able to afford and was left feeling that I was treated poorly because I did not purchase a higher-tier package. Based on the lack of professionalism and communication, I would not recommend this videographer. While we did receive the video we paid for and the main moments were captured, the lack of clear communication and professionalism made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

    Working with Trevor and Capture Moment Visuals was an incredible experience from start to finish. Their communication was immediate, clear, and so helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was simply amazing - they delivered a video that exceeded our expectations in every way. Trevor arrived early on the wedding day to capture beautiful footage of our venue before the guests arrived, and he was even willing to stay later than originally contracted to make sure he got all the special moments. We are so appreciative that Trevor provided us with way more than any other videographer, and we received our final video in under two weeks. He was a pleasure to work with, incredibly professional, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Capture Moment Visuals to anyone planning an event. You will not regret choosing them!

    Trevor was very great throughout the whole course of the wedding. Most importantly he was understanding when things didn’t go as planned and was willing to help out & I couldn’t be more grateful. He really outdid himself and the video turned out amazing. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer ️
