I believe the importance of photographing a wedding is to preserve the memories for years to come. The tears of joy, the genuine laughter between loved ones, the epic dance party. While I will always be inspired by pretty scenery, it’s capturing people and their raw emotions that keep me in the wedding industry.

I have always been a very visual person. A story can be told in lots of different ways but most importantly a story never has to include words. I find it fascinating that you can look at a photo and it triggers memories of not only the moment but everything that led up to that moment too. And when you’re 80 years old with your grandchildren gathered around the dinner table, I want you to take out your wedding album and still feel the love and happiness you felt on that day. This is why I am a photographer.
