Additional dessert options include dessert tapas, dessert buffets and or a gift to sweetly end your celebration. Our specialty: beautiful and delicious. We offer traditional cakes as well as keto, vegan, sugar free and gluten free options. Currently, Aromas is not offering live tastings however our couples are having samplers shipped to them or they pick them up in manhattan. Thank you for considering us for this very special celebration.

We are science people so precision and details are a huge part of our lives. This vintage buttercream cake was exactly what we envisioned and asked for. The flavor mimicked strawberry dipped chocolate and the fresh strawberries were cut exactly as we asked. Perfect. Did you know that Aromas makes gifts! We added a few of those and our guest are still talking about the infused lollipops. A gem of an experience.

Abigail was so amazing to work with from start to finish. My husband and I usually aren’t big cake lovers but this cake was the exception. We gave her some ideas for flavors and what we usually gravitate towards and she made our cake into three tiers with two different flavor combinations that were out of this world. She also worked with us on the design to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The sugar flowers matched our wedding flowers perfectly and our guests couldn’t believe they weren’t real. Everyone raved about how delicious it was and we were able to save the top tier for ourselves. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Four & Twenty Blackbirds
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Brooklyn, NY
  • Starts at $4

Four & Twenty Blackbirds is a pie bakery founded in Brooklyn in 2009 by sisters and pie makers Melissa Elsen and Emily Elsen. We make beautiful handmade pies, using seasonal and fresh ingredients sourced from local orchards.

We ordered an assortment of mini pies for our wedding reception from Four & Twenty Blackbirds (which never misses, btw) and I was worried people would be too distracted with dancing to enjoy them... but that was not the case. The pies were gone SO QUICKLY (even though we ordered plenty) and everyone raved about them. One guest told me he ate five, which is a little excessive, but that's how good these are. Our wedding was almost a year ago and our friends still talk about the pies. Don't skip the Salty Honey—it is their original creation and it is life changing. Highly recommend!

Lilli Maren Bakes
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
Brooklyn, NY
  • Starts at $300

Hi, I'm Lilli, a British/Danish baker based in NY. I left a career in design consulting because I was bursting with ideas for truly unique cakes that tell personal stories. I journeyed around the world to train in my favourite restaurants and bakeries, like Rochelle Canteen in London, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. There I learned discipline and craft, but what I really discovered was the joy of creating really meaningful, personal moments. And Lilli Maren Bakes was born!

Lilli at Lilli Maren Bakes was extremely thorough in capturing my vision for our wedding cake. I felt like I was speaking with a friend throughout the process! She can make any of your dessert desires come to life - the design and taste of our cake were simply marvelous. Lilli created a cake that blended my childhood memories with the new ones I am soon to make with my husband. Our passionfruit and coconut cake was the best thing I have ever tasted. I couldn't be happier with how Lilli contributed to making our special day perfect.

Our guests were delighted with the delicate paper flowers she created for our cake, and not a single piece went to waste. Everyone loved the different macron flavors, and the cookies pretzels were huge hits. We are so happy we went with her, and would definitely work with her again for any future events.

    Kookees
    Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
    Brooklyn, NY
    • Starts at $325

Welcome to Kookees :)! Because who doesn’t love cake and cookies? We specialize in gourmet cakes and cookies crafted with premium ingredients and bold flavors. Our desserts are thoughtfully made to taste just as delectable as they look—perfect for weddings, celebrations, and unforgettable dessert tables.

After spending the last year of my life searching for the best chocolate chip cookie in New York City, I can say with 100% certainty that I found it at Kookees! One cookie is enormous, the number of chocolate chips throughout is perfect, and the dough of the cookie itself could not have been softer or meltier or any better. I ordered a box of six chocolate chip cookies, and between my boyfriend and myself, they were gone within 24 hours. Additionally, the customer service with Kookees was more than I could have asked for. First of all, Gia accommodated a last-minute request for me and was completely understanding about my time-sensitive situation. She also delivered the cookies to my apartment for an extremely reasonable price, and she instructed me on how to care for them if I wanted them to last longer (though of course I didn't need it ;) ). Finally, there is nothing more fulfilling than supporting a small business in a huge city like NYC! Get yourself some Kookees if you want something unique and delicious. You will definitely go back for more!!

    Baked
    Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
    Brooklyn, NY

Baked is many things. We are a classic American bakery and cafe with locations in Brooklyn and Tokyo. We are also a full-fledged lab of sorts, creating better baking mixes and delicious granola. Finally, we are absolute dessert enthusiasts (and cookbook authors) – perhaps even obsessives. We eat a lot of cake and cookies. Everyone should get a little Baked on their wedding day. Baked Weddings is a natural extension of our bakery and philosophy — fun, delicious, modern, and beautiful. Our Wedding design team is immensely talented, and this gallery represents a sampling of some of their latest work.

My husband's aunt was supposed to bake the cake for our wedding, until ~6 weeks before when she made the decision that coming was too risky (COVID). So with a short runway we had to find a solution, and of course, we hadn't budgeted for this! So I reached out to at least a dozen bakeries and am so happy I found Baked. They got us in for a tasting really quickly and were so nice. They not only didn't pressure us to upsell, but helped us talk through what it would look like and the cost savings to get 3 separate cakes and put them on pedestals instead of a stacked cake. I honestly couldn't believe it, I was so sure that since we had so little time we were going to be targets, and instead Baked swooped in, saved the day, and made the whole experience just lovely. And of course, the cake was delicious!

Despite a last-minute time crunch, they delivered our order right on time. The printing quality was fantastic, and our guests raved about how unique and delicious the marshmallows were. We're so grateful to Lucy's Confections for helping make our special day even sweeter!

      The Chocolate Room
      Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
      Brooklyn, NY
      • Starts at $50

Jon Payson and Naomi Josepher moved to NYC in the early Nineties. Together, they enjoyed seeking out phenomenal desserts all around the city. When they moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2003, they noticed a need for a dessert café on quickly changing Fifth Avenue. After reading an inspirational book on chocolate, they decided to create a café specializing in high-end chocolate, extraordinary desserts, handmade ice creams, dessert wines and beers from all over the world, as well as superb coffee. They opened in January 2005 and is currently serving the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

It was a no brainer to get the layer cake for our wedding. As brooklyn natives and chocolate lovers we frequent the chocolate room. Needless to say, the cake was to die for and really the talk of the show. We’ve gone back multiple times since the wedding for a slice!

10 Stars! I've never seen a wedding cake as stunning in person. Blair is a true artist. It was also as delicious as it was beautiful. Everyone was stopping me to say it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. She had to travel 2.5 hours to our wedding with this and it held up perfectly. She even made something off the menu for us as we wanted an almond cake with raspberry filling. Blair is delightful and easy to work with too. Even the tasting cakes were gorgeous that she sent to test flavors. Don't even question it, just book her.

I’ve baked and decorated cakes for over 10 years, and I’m still hooked! I began my journey training at ICE in New York City and worked at celebrated bakeries, including The Chocolate Room, Balthazar, and Billy’s Bakery.

        Awarded Best of Zola
I found Allie on here, looking for a baker to create a cake for our engagement party and test as a dry-run for our wedding next year. Allie was so quick to respond, easy to work with, and friendly to chat with about what we were looking for. The sample flavors were all delicious, and we ultimately ordered a chocolate cake with raspberry jam and biscoff buttercream inside, and vanilla buttercream outside to show off a colorful, abstract design (which looked perfect). Everyone at the party loved it, and multiple people told me that whoever made this cake should also do our wedding cake, which was the plan all along! I even requested a mini-cake in a different flavor because I had a guest with a soy allergy and Allie was more than happy to accommodate for this. My fiancé even said we need to order another cake just for us "just because" because he doesn't want to wait until next year to have more cake from her. I highly recommend Allie!

Petite Fleur Cake was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was always clear, punctual, and easy throughout the entire planning process. The final product was simply perfect: the cake was gorgeously decorated, moist and soft, and tasted absolutely delicious. She designed these adorable longevity peach cake toppers for the bride and groom (IYKYK), and beautiful gold flowers and blossoms. Nepita
        Rating: 5.0 (8 reviews)
        • Serves Brooklyn, NY

Hello everyone, my name is Terence and I am the owner of Nepita! I have always been passionate about sharing a culinary moment with strangers. Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by the Mediterranean!

Nepita is incredible. Not only is the taste amazing but talking to the owner, you realize how much commitment he has to the craft. He told me about how part of his flavors for the ice cream came from a hike he did in Corsica where he started picking some natural flowers in the mountain and saw how he could use them in ice cream. Talk about true authenticity. Definitely buying from Nepita again.

        • Starts at $300
        • Serves Brooklyn, NY

Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Bon Appetit magazine called us “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” But you can literally just call us Milk Bar. We’re not big on feeding the hype beast. But we’re super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected.

        Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I have always loved Milk Bar cakes and they have made appearances throughout our relationship- at birthdays, our engagement, and just for fun. So it was a no-brainer that we wanted to have it as our wedding cake. We got married in Greenville, SC in October 2022 and it was so easy to arrange for them to be shipped down and arrive 2 days before the wedding. They arrived at our home and we dropped them off with our caters who placed the 6" cake on top of a 10" cake for the wedding day! It looked beautiful and our guests raved about how great it tasted. Months later, we still have guests asking where it was from! We also provided plastic to-go boxes for guests to take home the extras at the end of the night. We had 80 guests and purchased four 10" cakes and one 6" cake. Thank you Milk Bar for the easy and delicious process!
