From our first conversation to the moment we bid you farewell at the end of your event, our goal is to make this experience easy and fun for you. We’ll handle all those pesky details and help you figure out what you need as far as menu, quantity, packaging, and service. Fantastic food prepared by our premier chef is curated from local vendors and made with your vision in mind, from the ingredients coming in the door all the way to setting up and placing decor.

Our mission is to bring the highest level of service to each and every event, placing special attention to the smallest details. While there are many catering options in our area, we are the premier and only local caterer in the Great Smoky Mountains, based right here in Sevierville.

Jan & John

Jan and John’s wedding was a reminder that love doesn’t run on a timetable. They found each other later in life, when neither was looking, and planned a celebration that was thoughtful, intentional, and deeply personal. With an intimate guest list of about 25, Jan poured her heart into the details, handling the décor herself and choosing to invest where it counted most: the venue, the photography, and the food. Tucked away in rural Loudon, Hidden Pines Event Venue set the perfect quiet backdrop. We provided all tableware and designed a plated dinner that met her needs—gluten-free and low-carb—while still feeling celebratory. Guests chose between honey glazed salmon or cilantro lime chicken, served with roasted cauliflower and glazed carrots, followed by a dessert table featuring our salted caramel cheesecake and apple cobbler shooters. It was elegant, unfussy, and full of meaning—the kind of wedding that guests - and vendors - will remember.

Not only was her food absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond with all other aspects of our wedding week. We rented a cabin in the Sevierville, TN in January with a plan for an outdoor wedding...With her expertise and experience, she was able to give the best advice (moving reception inside) to keep my guests happy AND WARM. With this switch up, she helped us create Plan A, B and C to ensure everything went smoothly ... in many ways she became my wedding coordinator as she is quite the natural. When it came to creating a menu, she provided her options, but everything was modifiable especially for this GLUTEN FREE girlie. She was able to make the whole dish gf, cookies and cake gf. I had a night before party and she made the cookies gf for that and then The Heirloom Apron did the icing/designs. Everyone talked about the food all night... the short ribs... HAVE to be on your menu. The gf kitchen sink cookies... HAVE to be on your menu. But honestly everything (lamb meatballs, roasted veggies, sweet potatoes, and the pork roulade) were truly amazing and so flavorful!
