“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. One of the things that I loved right away about Brandon when I first spoke with him was his authenticity, friendliness and sense of humor. I knew immediately that he was a genuine person who really cared about getting to know me and my fiancé. As a result, we became friends pretty quickly and got to know a lot about each other beyond wedding planning-related tasks. I so appreciated this because it meant that I felt like I had an ally to help me navigate the wedding planning process. Brandon will truly support you and go to bat for you if there is a communication issue or conflict of interest with another vendor or venue. I learned as a bride that it is really important to have someone like Brandon who is there 100% looking out for your best interests. I also appreciated that while I hired Brandon as my Day-of-Coordinator, he did way more than just day-of coordinating duties, including attending meetings with my venue several months in advance. He also always answered my texts and emails quickly and communicated with me frequently. This made me feel secure knowing that Brandon really cared about me! On the day of the event, we had to move our ceremony inside due to rain, and Brandon and Adam worked hard to still ensure that the décor and other elements for the ceremony were still set up to look beautiful inside. They also worked with the venue to make some changes to the furniture layout in order to still ensure that the space was set up to make us and our guests have the best experience possible. They also did an outstanding job taking down the décor and cleaning up so that my new husband and I could enjoy our second line and afterparty without having to worry about going back to the venue to clean up. When we returned to our hotel room much later that night, all of our items, including personal items that we had left in the venue space, were all returned to us and neatly stored in our room. We really felt taken care of the entire time. On top of all of this, I really felt like the fee we paid Brandon was an excellent value for the service that we received. I compared Brandon's pricing to other Day-of Coordinators in the New Orleans area, and I can say with certainty that his prices are better that most of the competition, especially for the level of service that you will receive! I would 100% recommend Crimson Quarter Weddings to any bride, groom or individual wishing to host a party/event in the New Orleans or broader Louisiana and Mississippi area!”

We traveled from Michigan to New Orleans wanting something between an elopement and a full wedding, no easy task, especially without a firm guest count. She handled everything flawlessly, planning for 20–30 guests (we had 23), securing a stunning dinner venue, and creating an elevated, intimate experience. The second line she arranged was unforgettable and still talked about by our guests, and the photographer she connected us with was perfect, giving us the best photos around the city. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”

“Beloved Getaways was the best decision we made in planning our destination wedding to the Bahamas!! Mindi took such good care of us and our guests. From setting travel arrangements & accommodations to making sure everyone had their travel documents and itinerary, Mindi helped everyone get the biggest bang for their buck and take all the stress out of planning an international trip; things could not have gone more smoothly! She was a fantastic liaison for us with the resort; she helped us plan the ceremony, etc..., and even helped us organize an amazing off-property excursion for our whole wedding party the next day.
