Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! A Bupp Event was built after a huge move to the south and a new baby in tow. After 7 months of an extended maternity leave from events and the DC market I found I really missed events! The creative designs, the logistical details, the 'friendor' relationships. I missed it all. I decided to dive back into events, most specifically weddings, giving me the opportunity to connect with all these beautiful couples and a whole new set of vendors.

Ashley is great, and I highly recommend her. She can help plan the whole event or help with day of coordination. We had her help with day of coordination and she handled everything with flying colors. We met over the phone first, and leading up to the day, emailed a bunch of times with updates. She contacted all of my vendors before the wedding to confirm and bring up any concerns or questions. On the day of the wedding, she helped with an issue that arose even before arriving to the venue. She was organized and thoughtful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner without any hesitation!

Hiring Kahlida was one of the best things we did for our wedding and our sanity. My husband and I decided to have a small wedding with immediate family, and we did all of the planning ourselves. We initially thought that we could handle the logistics of that day, but even just booking the vendors started to become overwhelming. We were also planing the wedding from out of town, which sometimes made the planning more complicated. From the moment we had our initial meeting with Kahlida, I knew that she was the coordinator for us. My husband and I are pretty laid back, so we appreciated that she was able to match our energy. She was extremely kind and organized. Working with her kept our planning on track. I also really appreciated that she took the lead on reaching out to our vendors and coordinating with them in the few weeks leading up to our wedding, which is something I know we would have been too overwhelmed to do that close to our wedding. On the actual day, everything ran smoothly. We had limited decor for our ceremony and dinner, but I was impressed by how well she was able to execute my design vision. It was the perfect day, and I know it’s because of all of Kahlida’s hard work.

I had the best experience with The Venlist. I was fortunate to work with two great planners, first Kyra, and then Brittany. Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with. I’m not even sure where to begin. I reached out to Kiara @ La Petite Creations in July 2024, when I first began planning my June 2025 destination wedding. We planned an entire destination wedding weekend for 100 of our relatives close friends. Kiara helped plan our welcome party, as well as our wedding ceremony reception. Our entire process was collaborative, and Kiara perfectly balanced bringing my vision to life while adding all of the special touches that she knew we needed. Brooke once told me during one of our many consultations, that the name of her business was “practically perfect” because nothing is ever 100% perfect, but her goal is to get it as close as possible. I didn’t realize how right she would be. First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that Brooke was there for me every single step of the way taking care of things. I’m sure there’s things she tackled that I don’t even know about, and for that I am grateful also. Brooke, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me. You never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed which put me at ease during this process. I am so grateful for you, my wedding wouldn’t have been the same without you!

I'm so happy I went with Crimson. Brandon and Adam were my absolute ride or dies. I hired them for day of coordination. I'm very Type A, so I had everything planned out, but they were lovely to regularly check in with and spit ideas off of and helped to refine my vision. I did all my planning out of state and sight unseen, so I was definitely nervous to arrive and see all my vendors and decor when I arrived, but Adam and Brandon really picked up the ball and ran with it once I arrived to NOLA. They were so helpful the day before to help run last minute errands and we luckily got into the venue early to set everything up. My friend was officiating, so they helped with the timing of the ceremony and everything. The day of they did an AMAZING job in finishing all the decorating and helping to flip the space from ceremony to reception. Even before the wedding, they picked us all up breakfast and coffee which was so sweet. I was honestly so at ease the day of the wedding because they anticipated every need. After everything, I can definitely say these guys are friends and I'm so happy we went with them because they really went above and beyond to help execute the most wonderful and stress free day.

Crimson Quarter weddings and events were the first to get back to me quickly , and set up a phone call, where I realized they were gonna be the ones for me. Not only were they extremely communicative, but they took everything that I had for them and and helped us to add a little bit "ourselves" Into the venue space. I gave them our florals and decorations and set them loose to do what they wanted and they knocked it out of the park. I am so thankful for Crimson Quarter, they helped us navigate rallying all of our vendors and communicating our needs, as well as setting up for us on the day of, coordinating different parts of our reception, and cleaning up after it was over. We couldn't have done it without them and I would hire them again for any event in the future if we happen to find ourselves back in New Orleans for anything special

Leshelle was incredible and truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! We had a relatively short timeline from when we reached out until the big day AND we live outside of NYC now so were planning remotely, but Leshelle helped keep us on track and manage deadlines. As we got closer to the day, she took over full management of vendor communications and helped troubleshoot and provide options for a problematic vendor last minute a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding Leshelle, was right in the actions ensuring all the vendors strictly adhered to our time schedule. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and that is a direct reflection of Leshelle’s actions. Even more than that we felt like we had a true friend and ally during the whole process as time and time again, Leshelle acted as both a sounding board and steady hand that provided reassurance during the most stressful times of planning. Our only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of her full planning service package!

I can’t say enough good things about Pennywell Events. From our first call, she understood my “crash my elopement” vision and was all in. We traveled from Michigan to New Orleans wanting something between an elopement and a full wedding, no easy task, especially without a firm guest count. She handled everything flawlessly, planning for 20–30 guests (we had 23), securing a stunning dinner venue, and creating an elevated, intimate experience. The second line she arranged was unforgettable and still talked about by our guests, and the photographer she connected us with was perfect, giving us the best photos around the city. As an out of state bride, I felt completely taken care of. She brought our vision to life better than I imagined and at a price point that exceeded expectations. Truly an amazing experience.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
