Vows and Visions Coordination did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. Booking her and her team was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. As crazy or hectic things got, from a late night snack caterer canceling 3 weeks out, forgetting my veil day of, my dress strap snapping 10 minutes before walking down the aisle, everything was handled excellently and saved one way or another. Some meetings turned into my therapy vent session from stress I felt from planning and she listened patiently each time, always reassuring everything would be ok. Jazmine and her team made sure we were taken care of the entire night (thank you for bringing us a drink right after saying I do- it was much needed). She gave us a moment to soak in and look at our finished reception before letting all our guests in. Made sure we got our dinner and snacks first, asking if we needed anything throughout the night, and made sure things were running smoothly and on time. We couldn’t have had a more beautiful wedding with the people we loved all around us without Vows and Visions.

We were so incredibly happy to have worked with Katie as our wedding coordinator for our wedding day! She made our day so seamless, beautiful, and completely stress-free! She really helped us clean up our timeline and made sure things went smoothly, which was much needed given how many things we wanted to do that day! She came to our venue meetings and made sure all the details were addressed and even communicated with our vendors. The wedding dashboard she created for us was helpful because it reminded us about all the things we needed to do leading up to the big day. She went above what was expected and she even took her time to learn about our culture so she can better facilitate the wedding and incorporate our traditions. On the day of, she handled all the unexpected problems and surprises which allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. For example, our wedding cake was not delivered to our wedding venue. Katie called the bakery and got us an identical cake to be made and delivered the day of our wedding! We honestly couldn't have had such a perfect day without Katie’s help! We are so appreciative of everything she did for us! If you need an amazing wedding planner/coordinator, who is organized, easy to reach out to, and able to think on her feet to solve unplanned surprises, Katie is your girl! we’d HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I opted for an intimate micro wedding, and they truly brought the vision to life. The details were exactly what I asked for, very stunning. The table setup was very elegant and included beautiful pictures and candles. The lights overhead were perfectly arranged to provide that intimate feeling as our guests danced the night away. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the decorations were. What stood out most was their attention to detail and punctual setup. The team arrived early, ensured everything was securely placed, and checked in with us before leaving. They were also flexible with last-minute changes and made helpful suggestions to enhance the overall look. If you're looking for a vendor that provides that artistic flair with dependable service than Talent by Nature Decor is an amazing choice. We’ll definitely be using them again for future events!

Christina and her team are an absolute dream. She was responsive, supportive and caring through every step of my wedding planning. Breanne with The Darling Design Events was on point for two events I’ve used her for. Most recently, my daughter’s bridal shower. Her tables & decor and coordinating of flower vendor went really well. I cannot wait for the next event (daughter’s baby shower, crossing my fingers) to be able to use her Photo Booth and Phone guestbook! Maybe even her cute balloon arches.

We're here to assist you with the days leading up to the big day and the day-of coordination/management. We can't wait to meet you and be part of your special day!

We worked with Patty as our wedding coordinator. Patty excelled at finding vendors that met our specific guidelines and was very cost-effective, which was a big help during the planning process. However, we did have some concerns with her approach to vendor communication. She often relied on the bride to handle communication difficulties with vendors, rather than taking the lead herself. This caused some unnecessary stress. We would have liked Patty to be more hands-on in providing design ideas. Fortunately, our on-site wedding venue coordinator was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly on the day. However, we were disappointed that wedding party members were asked to handle tasks that should have been managed by Patty. Our biggest concern was that the marriage certificate was left behind. Ensuring the certificate is on-site should have been a top priority for the coordinator, either the morning of the wedding or at the rehearsal. Overall, while Patty had strengths in certain areas, there were aspects of her service that fell short of our expectations.
