As proprietors of Maria's Arrangements, a budding flower shop dedicated to crafting beauty and elegance through floral design, we had the immense pleasure of attending the grand opening of Pegasus Manor, a truly remarkable wedding venue that we wholeheartedly recommend to all the beautiful couples planning their engagement celebrations. From the moment we stepped foot into Pegasus Manor, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of magic and enchantment. The grand opening was an experience beyond compare, with an impressive array of vendors showcasing their talents and services. What truly set this event apart, however, was the warmth and hospitality extended by Ms. Beth, the consummate hostess of Pegasus Manor. Ms. Beth's genuine warmth and attentiveness made us feel not only welcomed but truly valued as guests. Throughout the event, she ensured that everyone in attendance was enjoying themselves and had everything they needed to make the most of the festivities. Her dedication to creating a memorable experience for all was truly commendable. One highlight of the grand opening was the interactive giveaway for future couples, which added an extra layer of excitement and joy to the event. It was heartwarming to see the happiness on the faces of the participants, further emphasizing the sense of community fostered by Pegasus Manor. As newcomers to the floral design scene, we were particularly grateful for Ms. Beth's support and guidance. She took the time to offer valuable insights and advice based on her extensive experience, helping us navigate the early stages of our business with confidence and grace. In conclusion, Pegasus Manor is not just a venue; it's a place where dreams are brought to life. With its breathtaking beauty, exceptional hospitality, and unwavering support for small businesses like ours, it's the perfect choice for couples seeking a truly magical setting for their special day. I recently had the pleasure to work with Mulberry Estates. I was in the hunt for a venue to have a surprise gender reveal/baby shower for my best friend. Right when I was about to give up I came upon Mulberry through google search. I immediately fall in love without seeing it in person. I contacted the venue and was in contact with Melanie since. Due to the fact I lived in a different city all the planning was done vie phone calls and text messages. Melanie’s impeccable service from day one made the day truly memorable. On the day of the event, I must say, I felled in loved even more. The guest loved it and most importantly my best friend and husband loved it. The venue definitely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Melanie was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements. Thank you so much again Melanie for all your time and patience with me through the planning since they one until the event date. Thank you once again for an outstanding experience. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

Historic Venue 1902 was truly the venue of our dreams! It was the perfect combination of elegance, history, and classic charm. We’re still reliving that day over and over—it went even better than we could have imagined. Their planning platform made the process so easy. Being able to see our rentals laid out visually helped us make confident decisions, and the design calls were incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. Honestly, their team felt like having a built-in wedding planner! The staff handled everything with such professionalism and care—from the design phase to coordinating vendor logistics on the day of the wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The space itself was stunning. The guys loved hanging out in the Library, and the girls had an amazing time in the beautiful getting ready room. Everything was well thought out and so accommodating. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue and the flow of the day. We can’t recommend Historic Venue 1902 enough. The team is exceptional, the setting is gorgeous, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Best venue and best staff—hands down!

I feel very fortunate that we were able to celebrate our wedding at such a beautiful venue. The setting was truly stunning, and leading up to the big day, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the list of recommended vendors they provided was absolutely fantastic. I have to give special thanks to Four Rivers Barbecue, Cocktails Catering, and Kaleidoscope Lighting, all of whom made the actual event so easy and seamless. Their services truly elevated our day and helped everything run smoothly. However, my experience on the actual wedding day was unfortunately not as positive. From the moment my bridesmaids and I arrived, the venue attendants were unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no introductions, and no effort to make us feel comfortable, which was especially upsetting on what was supposed to be one of the happiest and most important days of my life. Additionally, there were issues with museum guests still being present less than an hour before our event began, and we had to ask multiple times for them to leave. This should have been handled by the staff, as it added unnecessary stress to the already hectic pre-wedding preparations. At the end of the night, the venue attendants started telling our guests that they needed to leave in 20 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. However, they failed to inform me, my bridal party, or the groom about this timing, which created confusion and made the event's conclusion feel rushed. While I didn’t use a coordinator because I felt confident in my planning abilities, I would have appreciated receiving the same time warning that was given to a few of my guests. It would have helped us to better manage the end of the event. To make matters worse, as we were breaking down, the attendants were rude to both myself and my guests, which was extremely disappointing. There is definitely a way to be firm yet kind, but that wasn’t the approach we received. Overall, while the venue itself was beautiful and all of the staff were great leading up to the day, the attitude and behavior of the venue attendants on the wedding day really left a negative impression. I hope they can address these issues for future couples, as it detracted from what should have been a perfect day.

1010 West
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Orlando, FL
  • Up to 250 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $4,200

Today, nestled behind this early 1900's storefront, (we left the outside just the way we found it), you'll find Orlando's most unique event space imaginable. Some are calling it "The Hidden Hanger" and others, "The Speakeasy". We just call it 1010 WEST. Step through the old metal gates and you'll discover the rustic and industrial, yet warm environment of a space revitalized from a turn of the century airplane hangar. Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances gives a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of our hidden hangar.

Saxon Manor Weddings was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly honest, quick to respond to our questions, and truly empathetic to our needs as a couple. We felt listened to by every single staff member, and many of our guests left feeling incredibly catered to - some even said it was some of the best service they've ever experienced at a wedding. The quality of their work and the overall value was truly beautiful and valuable beyond measure. We are so grateful to the team at Saxon Manor for helping make our special day absolutely perfect.

We had the absolute best experience with this venue! From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. We had to plan our wedding in a very short amount of time, and they made it happen without hesitation or stress. Kailin is genuinely the sweetest person in the world—so kind, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. She made us feel so supported and cared for every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Our day was perfect, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated it at such an amazing place!

Where do I even begin with this review? It's hard to put into words how perfect this venue is. From the spaces available to you on your wedding day, to the staff you get to work with, to the onsite cottages, everything was a dream. As a bride, this place checks all my boxes and then some. I remember touring the venue in 2022, I knew this would be where we got married, I couldn't walk away from this beautiful venue, and now two years later (2/18/2024) we did it! The estate house itself is a dream, the bridal suite and the groomsmen loft are such an amazing touch. But the onsite cottages are the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend reserving them all for your friends and family to stay in following your wedding. We had them all booked, and it was the perfect place to have everyone right there only a walk away, the celebration gets to continue without the fear of disrupting anyone. Jhoanna, the lodging manager was an absolute gem! From her communication the weeks prior, to the ease of check in with her right there making sure it all went perfectly, to her only being a text or phone call away during the entire stay was truly a blessing. She is fantastic! Now let me tell you, as a bride there are 101 things on your to do list, from contacting and updating vendors, to trying to make sure you have everything you need, to worrying about everything under the sun. But having Debbie as my day of coordinator made my life as a bride EASY. There are no combination of words that I could string together to give enough praise to this lovely woman. She was in my corner throughout the entire things, even the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was updating vendors, organizing the timeline, checking in on our well being and so much more. She made the day flawless. I can remember feeling nothing but anxious the night before our wedding day, we were set up to meet with Debbie for our rehearsal walk through and when I tell you the moment I was able to give her a hug and she began talking my nerves disappeared. It was like you could hear the collective sigh from our wedding party and all the tension leave the room. Debbie is a gift from above when it comes to knowing exactly what to say and do at any moment. Our wedding day happened to be extremely rainy and overcast and all around dreary. But when you ask me what I remember from my wedding day, the weather is not one of those things, the way the staff at Adam's Estate rallied around us and made sure that despite the weather our day would be perfect made it extremely easy to ignore everything outside that event tent. Just a few hours before our wedding and a short amount of time before the guest were going to arrive I looked out the window and saw the rain and wind, I got the look of panic in my eyes and Debbie said, "You tell me what you need lady, I will get it done, this is your day, I just need to know what you need." And that she did. Her and the staff worked so fast and with no complaint to rearrange our ceremony site and move everything into the tent where weather would be no issue. This is only one out of many moments Debbie and everyone else made me feel heard and safe as a bride. I cannot thank them enough. This venue is everything you want as a bride, I can promise you that. I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over just to be back here with all our favorite people. I cannot recommend this place enough.
