I highly recommend this venue for intimate to medium size events. You can have multiple locations for your ceremony site and even put a beautiful tent on property for much larger weddings or events. The sales manager is top notch, knows the industry extremely well.

I can't say enough about this venue. Valerie was super responsive and very organized with helping us leading up to the wedding. We booked the Butler Ballroom and it was absolutely stunning. The service during the wedding was unmatched. The resort itself was beautiful and the options/service they provided us and our guests was impeccable. I would book them again in a heartbeat! They truly made the wedding weekend as stress-free as it could possibly be!

Chose this location while my wife was down for a family function. Location was excellent....close to several locations I planned to visit while down. Location was not crowded, was peaceful, clean and comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend. This hotel is a hidden gem for weddings. At first, I was hesitant about the "airport" location, but it was so convenient for all my guests flying in. The ballrooms are really nice and there's a ton of great photo locations around the hotel. The convenience of having the ceremony, reception, and hotel all in one location made the planning process seamless. Rick at Mystic Dunes was fantastic! He answered every question I sent him (and there were many) throughout the entire planning process. Rick was very open, communicative and set up several planning meetings to make sure we had everything we wanted to create the perfect Pakistani-American fusion wedding. Rick was so easy to work with, had great energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. When the weather turned to rain for our outdoor ceremony he didn't waste a single second and saved the day. He also went out of his way to learn Pakistani/Muslim traditions and was very open and respectful of dietary restrictions and everything else. Rick and his staff made sure everything went smoothly for our perfect day!

The Garden Ballroom was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was pretty good, with a couple of minor issues getting in touch at times, but overall they were very responsive and helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was incredible - the space was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. They went above and beyond in a few ways, like serving Cuban coffee (which was perfect since I married into a Cuban family) and even making sure my mom, who wasn't originally planned to walk down the aisle, was able to do so last minute. The staff was great and made sure our whole day ran smoothly. We loved our experience at The Garden Ballroom and would recommend them 10 out of 10. I'm especially grateful they made sure to include my mom, as she sadly passed away just 4 months later.
