Prior to our wedding, Marykate helped us create the perfect wedding day timeline. She reviewed vendor contracts and provided helpful feedback. Later on, she worked behind-the-scenes to introduce herself and provide vendor timelines to each of our vendors. Additionally, she created both our beautiful welcome sign and seating chart, and skillfully directed our rehearsal ceremony the night before the wedding. Our wedding day was SO relaxing and stress free, knowing that Marykate and her assistant had everything taken care of!! They took care of all of the set-up and coordination with vendors and our venue. They kept us on schedule with our timeline, and they very carefully packaged and stored all of our personal decor and gifts at the end of the night. “Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night.
