I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

If you are questioning if you need a day of coordinator…the answer is yes, yes, you do. I had a micro wedding in December of 2023. I wanted to have a stress free wedding day…or as stress free as possible. My fiancé and I interviewed a few coordinators early in 2023. We really liked Ashley’s demeanor and vibe on the phone. She asked thoughtful questions, listened to our answers, and asked good follow ups. Through out the process of creating the timeline for the wedding day, she asked questions to figure out logistics that I didn’t even think about. My fiancé and I were using the same car to get to our venue and she helped us map out that timeline. I am so glad she did because we needed to do some slight adjustments to the rental timeframe. That’s just one example of the attention to detail that she has, which made our day go great! She was involved in every aspect from the transportation company, photographer, venues, etc. She asked questions to understand guest dynamics and if there was anything she needed to be aware of in that regard. I didn’t even think about that until she posed the question! There was a very minor snafu the day of due to the bridesmaids making an unplanned detour from the ceremony to the reception. Ashley listened to me vent, had 2 different solutions thought though, helped me change into my tennis shoes from heels, and above all…kept me calm! Though we only booked her for the day, she sent follow up messages, a holiday card and is helping us nudge along one of our vendors for their deliverables, post wedding. Do not underestimate the value of a day of coordinator! I am SO extremely happy that we booked Ashley. She feels like a friend at this point!

We had a wonderful experience working with Brooke for our wedding planner for our Pensacola, FL wedding. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and truly played a huge role in helping us create an amazing day. One of the highlights was how willing she was to adjust timing so we could get our dream Blue Angels wedding photoshoot — something that meant a lot to us and turned out absolutely perfect. The only challenge we experienced was during her maternity leave, which ended up being a few weeks longer than expected, and during that time we weren’t receiving responses to texts or emails. I'm so happy I went with Crimson. Brandon and Adam were my absolute ride or dies. I hired them for day of coordination. I'm very Type A, so I had everything planned out, but they were lovely to regularly check in with and spit ideas off of and helped to refine my vision. I did all my planning out of state and sight unseen, so I was definitely nervous to arrive and see all my vendors and decor when I arrived, but Adam and Brandon really picked up the ball and ran with it once I arrived to NOLA. They were so helpful the day before to help run last minute errands and we luckily got into the venue early to set everything up. My friend was officiating, so they helped with the timing of the ceremony and everything. The day of they did an AMAZING job in finishing all the decorating and helping to flip the space from ceremony to reception. Even before the wedding, they picked us all up breakfast and coffee which was so sweet. I was honestly so at ease the day of the wedding because they anticipated every need. After everything, I can definitely say these guys are friends and I'm so happy we went with them because they really went above and beyond to help execute the most wonderful and stress free day.

So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Working with BON TEMPS Event Planning & Design was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
