“In truth, the only reason I was initially looking to hire a "day-of coordinator" is because the wedding venue required it. That said, within moments of working with Jerica on our wedding I knew that I would hire her over and over again even if there had been no requirement to do so. Jerica and Stephanie went above and beyond what I, and really my entire wedding party, expected from a "day-of coordinator." From our initial conversations in the planning phase to the rehearsal to the morning of the wedding to the end of the night, they were on top of everything. Everyone kept complimenting me for being such a "calm" bride -- I can now say they had a lot to do with that. “All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. I did all my planning out of state and sight unseen, so I was definitely nervous to arrive and see all my vendors and decor when I arrived, but Adam and Brandon really picked up the ball and ran with it once I arrived to NOLA. They were so helpful the day before to help run last minute errands and we luckily got into the venue early to set everything up. My friend was officiating, so they helped with the timing of the ceremony and everything. The day of they did an AMAZING job in finishing all the decorating and helping to flip the space from ceremony to reception. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”

From setting travel arrangements & accommodations to making sure everyone had their travel documents and itinerary, Mindi helped everyone get the biggest bang for their buck and take all the stress out of planning an international trip; things could not have gone more smoothly! She was a fantastic liaison for us with the resort; she helped us plan the ceremony, etc..., and even helped us organize an amazing off-property excursion for our whole wedding party the next day.
