Working with Crystal and her team at Triprism was an incredible experience throughout our wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, Crystal was attentive, organized, and genuinely committed to bringing our vision to life. Every detail I shared from my vision board came to life. During the wedding planning process, we were able to meet regularly (digitally and in-person) to refine every detail. Despite being based out of state, Crystal made herself available in person whenever needed during the year of wedding planning, which meant so much to us. Her team went above and beyond, even volunteering to assist with additional events like our rehearsal dinner and our Cameroonian traditional wedding. and she worked diligently to ensure our timeline stayed on track. On our wedding day, Tripism's team remained professional and engaging. The team helped create a seamless experience for us and our guests. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautifully everything came together, from the décor to the flow of the day. I'll never forget how delighted my daughter was when she had a first look at the floral arrangements and tables for her wedding reception that Michelle Borrero with Precious Moments Events and her team had designed. Every detail was perfect! The roses lining the aisle on the lawn when the bride walked in were gorgeous as well. The prettiest roses I ever saw! I had been worried about the availability of flowers for a January wedding yet Michelle found large, white roses and blue hydrangea. I'm so glad we had Michelle arranging the wedding for us! She gave me some advice that saved us some money. She was always there for us when we had a question. On the wedding day, she kept everything so organized that I wasn't nervous at all. Everything went smoothly! We received many, many compliments from wedding guests!

Marykate was an AMAZING wedding planner / coordinator. She is extremely organized, super efficient, and a pleasure to work with. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that she couldn’t figure out a way to make it happen. She handled our day of coordination developing the timeline, keeping vendors accountable, and ensuring that the church and venue were perfect. She met with us several times via zoom and in-person to coordinate with the venue and other vendors. She stepped in and helped ease tensions on many occasions including with the venue that was challenging to work with. She was in charge of moving our wedding cake from the venue’s refrigerator, and decorating it with flowers (who knew the bakery, florists, and the hotel wouldn’t work together to get the delivered cake into the reception room and place the flowers on it)! She took it in stride and did a fabulous job! She helped us coordinate table decorations, cleaning up at the end of the night, transporting all of this stuff back up to our hotel room. Every item that you didn’t want to worry about on your wedding day, she handled and then some. Just a wonderful experience. Less than 15 minutes before the ceremony she was making sure we had snacks, fixing broken boutonnieres, and trimming bouquets. Truly a jack of all trades! Everything turned out flawless! The only thing I would suggest is to involve her earlier on in the process to reduce your wedding stress level. We only did for day of coordination and looking back, I wish we would have had her help with more. SHE IS FABULOUS and well worth her fee which was extremely reasonable! Snap her up and have a stress free wedding day!

I did the month-of package which is great for the bride that still wants to be mostly planning it but does not want to handle all of the details the month of. It was the perfect package for me to be stress-free in knowing she was following up with every vendor. Honestly though, working with Erika was so smooth, I probably would do her full-service package if I were having a do-over. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. Even my guests were coming up to me and speaking so highly about how well she handled the weather issues and little things. Rebecca makes miracles happen. Bustle and Bloom is a business built by strong women who will do whatever it takes to make your wedding as smooth as possible. Rebecca and her team went above and beyond expectations with both florals and coordination. I initially reached out to Bustle and Bloom for floral services a year out from our wedding and quickly realized that having Rebeccas as a coordinator was extremely necessary. Little did I know that she would play a much bigger role than I ever could have imagined. With eight months to go, our wedding venue was hit by two hurricanes and was forced to close. Phone call after phone call, the venue ensured us that they would reopen months before our date. With every passing day, our concerns continued to grow until we finally decided that it was best to move on. Rebecca was a phone call away while we emailed, called and toured venue after venue to get quotes a month before our date. She advised us where possible, but most of all maintained a sense of calm that made us feel confident in any choice that we would make. It gave us so much comfort to know that Rebecca has helped other couples who, unfortunately, have gone through similar situations. It became clear that Rebecca was meant to be part of our wedding, which made working with her that much more special. Unexpectedly, we found that there were so many people and vendors that were acquaintances of Rebecca’s who were willing to help make our day everything we dreamed it to be. We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.
