    Kayla with Wild Heron Events is exactly who you need if you want a sincere, organized, and absolute life saver of a wedding planner. She is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met and genuinely made our wedding planning process and wedding day as special as possible. I have a medical condition that had me very worried about getting through the day feeling ok and Kayla was my biggest advocate and made me feel comfortable at all times. She even sacrificed her tablet/phone to fall on the concrete just to make sure my dress was fluffed before walking down the aisle. She has a great vision and amazing management of your vendor team to ensure you don’t have to stress. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Wild Heron Events, I will be shouting their name from the rooftops for forever!

    Our experience with Wild Heron Events was fantastic. As a lesbian couple, we found that a lot of online wedding resources don't really apply to us, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we felt completely supported throughout the process. She was always easy to reach and answered all our questions quickly, even the random ones that popped up at weird times. Her vendor recommendations were all excellent - it was clear she knows her stuff and has good relationships with quality people. The day of our wedding, she handled everything smoothly and was on top of all the details. When we ended up running short on flowers, she actually went to the store herself to grab more without us even realizing there was an issue. That's the kind of problem-solving and attention to detail that made our day stress-free. She made the whole planning process so much easier and our wedding day was perfect. If you're looking for someone who's professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making your day special, definitely consider Wild Heron Events.
