From literally the first second I spoke with Erika, to the last moments of my wedding, she was the most caring, helpful, personable, and calming person I could have asked for. It was literally as though she cared about my wedding just as much as I did. She quite literally took the vision I had of my day, and brought that vision to life more than I could have ever imagined. She will be your right hand woman, hype woman, and anything you need her to be. She handled all communications with vendors and pointed them in every single direction throughout the entire process, taking it off my plate. She took all my crazy ideas (timing the exact amount of seconds each bridal party couple got to walk down the aisle so I could walk out at a very specific time, hanging every luggage tag I had made for every guest in alphabetical order, picking up last min things I forgot, and everything in between...), and brought them all to life with a smile on her face! I had several vendors reach out to me and tell me she's the most organized and fun planner they have ever worked with, and I can see why! If you're thinking of hiring Erika, DO IT. I did not have a stress in the world the entire day because I knew every single detail I had planned was going to go perfectly because of her, and it actually did. There was not ONE single thing during my day that went wrong and I got everything I envisioned and it's truly because of her. HIRE THE PLANNER!!!!!!!! ALSO - we had Erika's husband, Hunter, as our photographer and LET ME TELL YOU that if you're thinking about hiring the two of them together, DO IT!!! We booked Felic Events For our Content Creation and Photo Booth on our wedding day & I honestly wish we had came across them way earlier in our planning process because we would have 1000% booked them to be our planners for the entire wedding as well. Not only were they extremely professional, exceptional service and skill, but they were the sweetest and most intentional people throughout the planning process and especially on the big day. Natalie was with me and my bridesmaids most of the time while Hector was tending to the groomsmen which allowed them to not miss a special moment for either of us. They made sure we were hydrated, and constantly helping with literally anything we needed. Natalie truly helped me feel beautiful, calm and taken care of in the most otherwise chaotic moments. I could go on for DAYS about how amazing they are but if you want to have the most enjoyable wedding planning and wedding day, I truly recommend not waiting any longer and booking them now. It will likely be the best investment in your most special day!

As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. Victoria went above and beyond. Victoria is literally the best!!!! She was so understanding and adaptable to every idea and anything that needed fixing, she was ready to pivot!!! She was always readily available for us and made us feel like the most important couple in the world. I had the best time of my life at my wedding. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything because of Rose & Jo Events! Victoria has gone to batt for me and she will definitely get you what you need and make sure you feel special on your wedding day. Her husband is so sweet. I would recommend Rose & Jo Events and Weddings 10 times over if I could. Everything was set up on time for our wedding and everything was broken down and packed in our getaway cars after the wedding. She had everything set the exact way we wanted and her communication is 10/10! Communication is also a major factor for me and she was also so responsive. It’s hard these days to find people that genuinely care and you can tell she does. If you need a day of coordinator to make sure things go smoothly on your wedding day, definitely book Rose & Jo!

Shannen with Pink Daisies Event was such a blessing to have on my wedding day. She was so thoughtful in her preparation and very professional and caring through all our communication. My venue had a coordinator but I was so thankful that I had Shannen there as well to take care of the little details I would have missed and help with the vendor questions and alternate solutions to keep those worries off my plate and went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly and that my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. Stacy and her team helped plan and execute my dream wedding! She was always very responsive when I had questions and has great attention to details. She met with me multiple times leading up to the big day and communicated with all my vendors leading up to my wedding and the day of so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I chose the package that included florals and decor which was amazing as that was one less thing I had to worry about. I sent her inspiration pics for the florals I wanted and she made them even more beautiful than I could have imagined! All my family and friends were very impressed with how gorgeous everything turned out. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner especially anyone looking for decor and florals to be included.

Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. We cannot imagine a more perfect team to help plan your wedding. Brooke and Co. truly made our day the best day of our lives and we cannot recommend her enough! XOXO CJ and Matt
