“1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. “We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

Our day-of coordinators, Liz and Blair, were absolute stars. They just got us. Throughout the planning process, they provided steady guidance, answered every question, and—when we had concerns about potential issues with other vendors—gave us thoughtful, grounded advice and real encouragement. As we approached the wedding, Liz and Blair stepped in to manage the scheduling of the countless moving parts of our wedding day. They helped address issues before they became problems, and resolved most problems before they became crises. Their communication and stress management were unparalleled. They kept us informed whenever we needed to know something and shielded us from anything we didn’t need to be bothered with. I referred back to Blair’s meticulously documented recap emails from our planning meetings so many times during planning - no idea how anything would have gotten done without those! We also decided to add on content creation with Teri late in the process, and we are SO glad we did. She was amazing—funny, kind, unobtrusive, and everywhere at once without ever feeling like a camera was in our faces. A couple of days after the wedding, we received our raw video dump, and it is worth every single penny. I’ve spent hours reliving the day through all the behind-the-scenes moments she captured with our guests, family, and wedding party. She didn’t miss a thing. We can’t wait to see the short-form content she creates, but honestly, the raw footage alone already exceeded our hopes. We are genuinely obsessed with this team. “My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.”

“We were looking for a wedding day-of-coordinator in our local area, and upon our first interactions with Macy, we knew that she was right fit for us. Macy's personable approach, really getting to know us and what we were looking for, and always being open to answering questions and being transparent about everything was a large part of us feeling very comfortable with working with her. We were able to utilize the guest and table layout tools that Macy makes available, and it was very helpful to be able to share that with her so she could coordinate directly with vendors and not need us to drive those conversations. There was so much that Macy helped to coordinate behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to our wedding day, it helped things to run incredibly smoothly. The rehearsal day was well run, with Macy walking us through what everyone in our wedding party and families needed to do and where to be - and this translated over to the actual wedding day itself, where Macy and her team helped to communicate with everyone, ushering people to the right spots, blocking and tackling folks from inadvertently going into the getting ready areas, and generally helping with all of the setup and teardown and keeping all of us on schedule. We can't speak highly enough of Macy, and many of our guests were truly impressed with how smooth everything ran. “Mari is IT. My husband and I met with a handful of coordinators who all seemed qualified and capable, but none that seemed to vibe with our energy UNTIL we met Mari! Right away she was calming and tuned in and warm. She felt like someone we would hang out with but then make that person an organizational wizard.As first time wedders, who had never imagined a specific wedding day aesthetic or theme, we would frequently worry this whole thing might not come together. But IT DID under Mari's expert guidance! And not only was it a big success (imo) she also never made us feel dumb or wrong or like bad engaged people for breaking tradition or for asking if we need Welcome signs.
