Perfect for couples who have a vision and some vendors booked, but need expert guidance to tie everything together. We’ll step in to refine your plan, fill in any gaps, manage communication with vendors, and bring your day to life with calm, confident execution.

For the couples who’ve planned it all and just need a professional to tie it together. We’ll step in about 4–6 weeks before your wedding to confirm every detail, connect with your vendors, and create a seamless, customized timeline. On the day itself, we manage every moving part so you can stay fully present and enjoy the celebration you worked so hard to create.

    As a floral vendor, Plume & Pearl Events is an absolute pleasure to work with at any wedding. Their communication is always detailed and clear, and their events are meticulously organized which makes it easier to do our job as efficiently and with the highest level of service we can provide. Their events are always elevated with perfectly, cohesive details that are thoughtfully designed specific to each couple. At every event, Ashley and her team always go above and beyond to perfectly manage the multitude of details a perfectly planned wedding entails. I highly recommend Plume & Pearl Events to any couple planning their special day.

    Hired for day of coordination. Amazing vibes and team, I had 0 wedding day worries! I am (by my own definition) a type A bride, but once I handed my plans over to Ashley at the rehearsal, absolutely all my worries went away! On top of being personable and helpful in asking clarifying questions that I didn’t think of in our touch bases prior to the meeting, she and her team made the wedding go off without a hitch. We had multiple drop off catering deliveries, a room flip with a number of DIYs, and hired servers, but I can honestly say I didn’t worry about anything at all on my wedding day, nor did my husband. It truly felt like once we hit the rehearsal, we were able to outsource all problem solving, logistics, etc. to Ashley and team! Ashley and her team made everyone feel comfortable, from grabbing water and fluffing my dress, to ensuring that the reception was exactly what I had imagined (and put into my layouts). When my venue’s bartenders (mistakenly) tried to charge guests, Ashley made sure that they stopped AND that everyone got refunded (and I also didn’t even learn about this until after the wedding from my mom). I also asked that for announcements they keep the language gender-neutral, and was met with nothing but an of course, which is so appreciated! Whenever my husband and I met with Ashley ahead of the wedding, we always felt more at ease after speaking with her, not only did she show an elite level of organizational acumen, but she truly cared about facilitating everything for us. Two weeks before the wedding day, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed and we had a meeting with Ashley where we went over everything that was still needed, and it felt like a weight lifted off our shoulders. I could not recommend anyone more!

    I can not recommend Ashley enough! From the first call, when we were interviewing wedding planners, it was so clear that Ashley was organized and experienced, and knew exactly how to get us to the wedding day we wanted. She was clear with communications and always on top of the next steps. She helped guide our design decisions to create a cohesive look that all of our guests raved about. She coordinated so closely with all the vendors that we did not have to worry about a thing. She ran the rehearsal so that it was clear what to expect and where everyone needed to be. And on top of it all, Ashley expertly managed several situations on the day off, navigating it so expertly that we (bride and groom) had no idea until afterwards. Even our friends and family commented how on top of everything she was! And topping it all off, Ashley was compassionate and kind. We were planning at a time where I was facing unemployment, and she helped us strategize around ways to cut costs while still keeping it classy. In the end, our wedding was beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. Ashely was a HUGE part of that. I would absolutely work with her again! She is a star!

    Working with Day of Enchantment Events was a dream come true. Their communication style is efficient, thorough, and often - we always knew what was happening and felt completely informed throughout the process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was amazing. They kept on top of everything, asked everyone to come to them with questions, and even made sure I had a plate to take home at the end of the night. Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to their high-quality service and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Day of Enchantment Events enough to any couple planning their big day.
