Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate the time we spent planning your wedding and are glad we were able to work alongside your planner throughout the process. We would like to acknowledge the issue with the champagne welcome service, which was placed in the wrong location before the ceremony. Although the champagne was ultimately served and enjoyed by guests, we understand that it was not set up as intended at the entrance. As discussed, a refund was issued for the champagne welcome service, and we sincerely apologize again for that inconvenience. We would also like to clarify that the champagne included in the package was intended for the dinner toast only and not as part of the bar service, as outlined. Drinks were served at the tables while guests were seated to ensure everyone received service. Beyond the champagne setup, your feedback came as a surprise and disappointment to our team, as during the event both you and your guests expressed that you were very happy and enjoyed the food and service. Your planner also communicated to us that you were pleased with the experience that evening. We take great pride in our cuisine and presentation, and the seafood tower was enjoyed by guests, as reflected in the event photos. The quality and presentation of the food were consistent with our standards and are also clearly reflected in the event documentation. Our team works closely with planners and follows their direction on the wedding day, as they are hired by the couple to coordinate details so that the couple can enjoy the celebration without interruptions. Service decisions, including timing and logistics, are typically implemented according to the planner’s instructions. While we regret the champagne placement issue — which was corrected and refunded — the rest of the concerns mentioned were unexpected for our team, especially given the positive feedback given at the end of the night.
