Limited dates available for 2026 and 2027. We recommend booking early to secure your wedding date.

Everything Was Simply Perfect
At our wedding, the catering was chosen by my fiancée Camila, and honestly, I have to thank her first for finding them. Everything was incredible. The Best Wedding Food We’ve Ever Had
We got married yesterday and everything was so wonderful that we wanted to take a moment to write a review for our vendors. We truly appreciate each and every one of them, from the photographer, planner, venue, and bartender, but we have to especially highlight El Pampeano Steakhouse as one of the true stars of the night. It’s not common for the food to steal the show at a wedding… but this time, it absolutely did. The aroma of the charcoal, the live grill, and the way everything was prepared created a completely different experience from anything typical. The meats were incredible. Juicy, full of that authentic charcoal flavor that makes all the difference, the kind of food that makes you pause and just enjoy every bite. Our guests couldn’t stop going back for more and kept talking about how amazing everything tasted. What truly made it even more special was the team. Priscila and Victoria were simply wonderful, incredibly attentive, always smiling, and on top of every detail. You can really tell when people care about what they do, and they absolutely showed it. And Lore and Leo… just amazing. So kind, present throughout the entire event, making sure everything ran perfectly and bringing such a calming, positive energy to such an important day. Everything flowed beautifully, everything felt just right, and a big part of that was thanks to them. If you’re looking for something authentic, different, and with an incredible human touch, El Pampeano Steakhouse is without a doubt the right choice.

A level of service you don’t usually see
We got married in February 2026 and from the very beginning we knew the food would be amazing because we had experienced the tasting, but what truly surprised us was the service on the wedding day. The team from El Pampeano Steakhouse was present at all times. We never felt like we had to look for anyone or ask for anything. There was always someone attentive, checking tables, making sure everything was taken care of in a very natural and smooth way without being intrusive. One thing that really stood out to us, especially because we’ve seen the opposite at other events as guests, is that the entire staff was completely focused on the event. We never saw anyone on their phone or distracted. They were always engaged, moving, and paying attention to guests and service. That level of professionalism truly makes a difference. We could also tell how well they coordinated with our planner. Everything flowed perfectly, including timing with the grill and food service, which we know can be challenging during events. After the wedding, our planner told us she was extremely impressed and even asked for their information to recommend them to future couples, which says a lot. And the food… incredible. You can truly feel that it’s authentic Argentine cooking. It’s not just quality, it’s the flavor, the care, and the tradition behind it. That’s something you simply can’t replicate without that cultural background. You can also feel that in their team. There are strong Argentine roots behind what they do, along with a well-trained staff that ensures every detail is consistent and special. Our guests are still talking about the food and the live fire grill experience. This is not just catering, it’s an experience. We would choose them again without a doubt.

Five stars are not enough!
Our wedding on March 27th was absolutely perfect, and a big part of that was thanks to El Pampeano Steakhouse. From the tasting, we already knew the food was going to be delicious and we were truly impressed. But experiencing it on our wedding day was something completely different. Watching the grill masters in action was incredible. It’s not just cooking, it’s a true show. The way they handle the fire and their presence make everything feel special, like true masters of the grill. Argentinian asado, made by Argentinian hands, is something unique and authentic. But what moved us the most was seeing our guests enjoy the experience. Their reactions to the live fire, the grill, and the entire concept were unlike anything we had seen at any other catering. It wasn’t just food, it was an experience that everyone will remember. Without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Choosing El Pampeano Steakhouse was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Lore made us feel completely confident with her empathy, positive energy, and the clear, secure way she explained everything. After the tasting, we knew without a doubt they were the right choice. On the wedding day, everything was impeccable. Having Lore there gave us total peace of mind everything flowed perfectly and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The food was outstanding, and the live fire grill was a show in itself our guests were amazed. More than catering, it was a complete experience.

Our standard service covers up to 8 hours. If you need more time, additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. You can also request staff to stay later, depending on availability.

We usually arrive 2–3 hours before the scheduled serving time to set up the grill, buffet, and service

Yes! We cater events all across Florida and also travel to Georgia. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Yes. We provide everything needed for the grill, buffet setup, and serving. We only need access to a safe outdoor space for grilling.

Yes. Setup and basic cleanup of our work area are included. Additional cleanup services can be arranged if needed.

We can accommodate minor changes up to 10 days before the event. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance.

We accept payments via Zelle, credit card (with processing fees), cash, and bank transfer. We do not accept checks. All payments are scheduled in stages: 50% deposit to secure the date, 30% due 30 days before the event, and the final 20% between 48 and 24 hours before the event.
