Hi, I'm Leon! I grew up in the Bay Area, worked in radio, studied music and culture in grad school, and spent years at a large DJ company where I was a manager and the highest-reviewed DJ. When I realized that our values weren't compatible, I left to build something different—a space where empathy isn't a weakness and showing up for each other is just the baseline.

In practice, that means spending real time and preparation studying your timeline, learning pronunciations, and testing everything. Curating playlists that honor your story—from cumbia classics to the latest K-Pop, R&B to emo, disco to Hip-Hop, and everything in between. And most importantly: making everyone feel welcomed, safe, and seen. Loud, chill, bubbly, punk, boujee, unapologetic, queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, immigrant—everyone.
