Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. She called us on the morning of our wedding to ensure we were doing okay and went over every detail with both my husband and me to make sure she and her team didn't miss anything. She struck the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted while making recommendations and guiding me through the various considerations. Leshelle was incredible and truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! We had a relatively short timeline from when we reached out until the big day AND we live outside of NYC now so were planning remotely, but Leshelle helped keep us on track and manage deadlines. She provided several strong recommendations for vendors and helped us vet the ones we found ourselves. As we got closer to the day, she took over full management of vendor communications and helped troubleshoot and provide options for a problematic vendor last minute a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding Leshelle, was right in the actions ensuring all the vendors strictly adhered to our time schedule. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and that is a direct reflection of Leshelle’s actions. Even more than that we felt like we had a true friend and ally during the whole process as time and time again, Leshelle acted as both a sounding board and steady hand that provided reassurance during the most stressful times of planning. Our only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of her full planning service package!

Hiring The Coordinated Collective was by far the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. Every single person we interacted with was incredible, starting with Ja’el the owner, who was amazing from start to finish. She is warm, organized, thoughtful, and we felt see was genuinely invested in us. From our first conversation, we knew we were in great hands. Our day-of coordinators, Liz and Blair, were absolute stars. They just got us. Throughout the planning process, they provided steady guidance, answered every question, and—when we had concerns about potential issues with other vendors—gave us thoughtful, grounded advice and real encouragement. As we approached the wedding, Liz and Blair stepped in to manage the scheduling of the countless moving parts of our wedding day. They helped address issues before they became problems, and resolved most problems before they became crises. Their communication and stress management were unparalleled. They kept us informed whenever we needed to know something and shielded us from anything we didn’t need to be bothered with. I referred back to Blair’s meticulously documented recap emails from our planning meetings so many times during planning - no idea how anything would have gotten done without those! We always felt like they were firmly on our team. Their presence throughout those final weeks kept us calm and confident… despite the best attempts of some of our vendors and family! And then the wedding day itself… flawless. Truly flawless. They executed the day with precision, grace, and warmth. They handled countless details behind the scenes so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our big day. At one point during dinner, I (the bride) leaned over to my mom to ask if she had floss because I had food stuck in my teeth, and before I could finish my sentence, Liz promptly whisked me away to a back room where I found myself suddenly in front of a mirror with a toothpick in hand! The level of support and preparation during the pre-wedding stages was above and beyond what we ever expected. Our families and friends are still raving about how fantastic they were on the day-of. We also decided to add on content creation with Teri late in the process, and we are SO glad we did. She was amazing—funny, kind, unobtrusive, and everywhere at once without ever feeling like a camera was in our faces. A couple of days after the wedding, we received our raw video dump, and it is worth every single penny. I’ve spent hours reliving the day through all the behind-the-scenes moments she captured with our guests, family, and wedding party. She didn’t miss a thing. We can’t wait to see the short-form content she creates, but honestly, the raw footage alone already exceeded our hopes. We are genuinely obsessed with this team. The Coordinated Collective is thoughtful, professional, communicative, creative, and deeply committed to making your wedding experience exceptional from beginning to end. Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. At the time, I was a corporate lawyer at a big firm in DC and it just hit me: I was totally in the wrong field! My husband initially chose Carmen because they went to the same school, and I have to admit, I was sceptical. I worried it might end up being two against one. I could not have been more wrong. From the very beginning, Carmen treated both of us as individuals and worked tirelessly to merge our ideas into one beautiful, cohesive event that felt authentically us. One of the first signs that she was the right fit came after our initial meeting. We shared a frustrating story about another planner who refused to work with us unless we increased our (already healthy) budget. Carmen immediately took our budget seriously and promised to make magic within it, and on that, she delivered. Even while she was going through a difficult time personally, she remained a consummate professional. We would never have known what she was facing because she always made us feel like her top priority. Whether it was a late evening Zoom to accommodate my teaching schedule or a weekend email reply, she was always responsive, thoughtful, and fully invested in making our vision come to life. Carmen also connected us with the perfect vendors. She knew exactly who would match our personalities and bring our ideas to life. Our photographer captured the day in a way that still takes our breath away, our florist executed our language of flowers vision flawlessly, and our DJ kept the dance floor packed all night long. Each vendor felt like an extension of us, and that was entirely due to Carmen’s insight, relationships, and ability to see who would be the right fit for our style and energy. We came into the process with very strong opinions about certain things and complete indifference about others. Carmen gently helped us understand how each element contributed to a cohesive vision. When she needed to steer us in a better direction, she did so respectfully and with clear professional reasoning, never dismissing our ideas, but showing us how to elevate them. On the day of the wedding, we truly had zero cares. I had been anxious because my family can be… let’s say, “passionately opinionated.” Carmen took the time to understand the dynamics and navigated every idiosyncrasy with grace and diplomacy. She managed to honour everyone’s opinions while still protecting our vision. My family felt respected, and I felt completely at ease, which I did not think was possible! Our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had. At the end of the night, we even convinced Carmen to join us at the after-party for a drink, a moment that made it clear she was not just our planner. She had become a friend. We can not wait to include her in the personal milestones to come, not just as a planner, but as someone who has become part of our lives. We cannot recommend Carmen and the Evermore team enough. We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

I've coordinated over 280 weddings & managed even more for venues! So I've seen some $#!t and have learned all of the tricks of the trade. When I'm not being a boss bitch on wedding days, I love to thrift shop, go paddle boarding, watch true crime, get tattoos and travel.

After our initial call with Meghan, my (now) husband and I knew that we needed to hire her for our wedding. She spoke with a lot of confidence and experience, and her energy was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator. In the planning stages, Meghan responded to emails promptly if we had any questions, and her planning guide and recommended vendor directory were so helpful in keeping us organized throughout the planning process. We booked many of the vendors from that directory, and the day came together so well because of the cohesiveness of all the vendors. The wedding day itself is where Meghan really shined. She got to our venue early and checked in to see how everything was going, and then immediately got to work.The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how we imagined they would be, and set up was so ahead of schedule that we were even able to start the ceremony 15 minutes early because there was a threat of rain in the area. Throughout the reception, Meghan also checked in to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. And at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and organized the cleanup so we were out of the venue in a flash and off to our after party back at the hotel. I cannot emphasize how much Meghan went above and beyond, not just for my husband and me, but also for our guests, going as far as to get a toothpick from her car for one of our guests. With Meghan running the show, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and not worry about a thing, because we knew she had everything under control. Run, don’t walk, to book her for your wedding!

From the moment we booked Day of Enchantment Events, we knew we were in good hands. On the first phone call, we could tell she was extremely experienced and very thorough. Ashley was incredibly thoughtful, direct, friendly, and quick in her communication, making the planning process stress-free. Her attention to detail and organization was top-notch —her mother-daughter team seamlessly navigated all vendor questions, handled last-minute issues with ease, designed our beautiful ceremony space, and anticipated our every need. The value they provided was well worth the investment, as they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day run so smoothly. She even shot beyond the scenes videos/snippets of content that she willingly shared with us after the day (so appreciated and not something I had even thought of—but such a gift to watch back!!).
