“I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had working with Brenna and Molly from Wild Rose Planning Events. Brenna was my primary planner, and we opted for their full-service package, which was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. From day one, Brenna was on top of everything – even with the small but essential details like parts of our invites, menus, and custom signage. She truly went above and beyond, bringing a personal touch and creative flair that made our wedding so special. Brenna and Molly brought so much creativity to the planning process. They even used their Cricut to add those perfect handcrafted details that made everything feel unique to us. I had a few items I wanted from Pinterest, and Brenna took care of all the ordering, handling all the specifics with the vendors. Every time I reached out, she was quick to respond, making me feel reassured and at ease throughout what could have been a stressful process. Something especially unique about Brenna is that she went above and beyond, working closely with a travel advisor to plan my entire three-week honeymoon abroad. She handled every detail, from flights and accommodations to curated experiences that made our honeymoon an unforgettable extension of our wedding celebration. Her dedication to planning every part of this experience truly blew me away, and I felt completely cared for even after the wedding day was over. Planning an out-of-town wedding could have been a logistical nightmare, but Brenna and Molly made it seamless. Their network of vendors is outstanding, and I felt so comfortable knowing they had connections with everyone from florists to photographers. On the big day, every vendor seemed genuinely excited to work with them, creating a lively, positive atmosphere that elevated our celebration even more. We got married at Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge, a dream venue. Thanks to Wild Rose, I was able to have a hands-off experience for what is normally a hands-on process. “If there is one piece of advice I can give to engaged couples, it’s to hire Rach and the Whatever is Lovely team. I have been trying to write this review for months now and have struggled because words can’t describe how amazing Rach is and how grateful we are to have had her plan our wedding. To start, Rach is the nicest, kindest, and most caring person you’ll ever meet. She is truly one of my favorite people. From the moment we met her she had our best interests at heart. Rach didn’t try to sell us on hiring her or on spending more money on a different package - she wanted to make sure we found the right planning fit. Rach made the planning process SO much easier. Rach sent us monthly to do’s which kept us on track. She helped us build the most wonderful team of vendors; we had the most amazing team and that is all thanks to Rach. She got to know our taste for each vendor category and sent us a few options to consider - this made the process of narrowing down vendors in a big city so much easier and less overwhelming. Rach was always so speedy to respond to our many questions and put up with all our many anxieties. I was quite the anxious bride and Rach was always there to calm my anxieties and always knew exactly what to say. She literally picked me up when I was down - literally, she helped me up when I tripped on my dress! Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. It was more than perfect. I honestly can’t take much credit for how perfect it was, because it was all because of Rach. I can’t give Rach and her team enough thanks or enough praise for making our wedding so beautiful and fun. I didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Rach and her team took care of everything. They told us where to be and when. I barely had to lift a finger because someone was there to do anything for me. We received so many compliments from our wedding party, friends, and family about how wonderful Rach was and how seamless our wedding day was. I cannot say enough good things about Rach. “Great experience with Union. First off, they have a beautiful space that really encompasses the vibe of downtown KC. But their service was also great to match. We wish we had gone with the full planning package instead of just the month-of-package, because once they started getting involved in our plan about 60 days out, things really got a lot easier, so I would highly suggest using them for your planning. They worked great with all of our vendors and all of our guests were impressed with their team!”

When I first reached out to Laura she responded so quickly, and during our very first meeting (before I had even officially hired her!) she was already giving me helpful tips and ideas. She is SO organized — spreadsheets, timelines, even a list of things to remember to pack for the wedding day. She answered all my questions, calmed my stress more than once, and worked so hard to track down THREE disco balls for our dance floor. She immediately understood the vibe I was going for and supported me through the whole planning process. I can't even gush more about how wonderful our wedding day was. On the wedding day, Laura was literally everywhere. My whole family kept commenting on how amazing she was, running around making sure everything was happening on time and going smoothly. I didn't stress for a single minute, because I knew everything was in good hands. Her assistant Morgan was the GOAT. She stayed by my side basically the entire night. At one point a family member had me a little rattled and she calmly escorted them away and then came right back to check on me. She even helped me pee in my dress — which honestly tells you everything about the level of support she gave me that night! “We worked with Marissa Sartory for our Napa Valley wedding in July 2024. She truly went above and beyond with the planning and coordinating of our wedding! We had multiple walkthroughs of the venue with different vendors and lots of outside requests for the day of and she was so open to different ideas and was always super helpful in getting answers back to us quickly! “Where do I begin? I knew Sofi was the right wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding within the first 5 minutes of our initial call. She's warm, confident and so patient - not to mention it felt like talking to someone I'd been friends with for years, not someone I was hiring. The two most valuable pieces of working with her was she starts weeks before the wedding, communicating to all our wedding vendors and perfecting the timeline. Not ONE SINGLE vendor or guest asked me a question on my wedding day!! What a dream. The second is that she is confident in taking charge of all the little micro decisions and issues that come up on wedding day. She just took care of it all so I could be present and enjoy the day. I was so relaxed during wedding day that I was ANXIOUS about how relaxed I was. All thanks to Sofi. “Leshelle was incredible and truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! We had a relatively short timeline from when we reached out until the big day AND we live outside of NYC now so were planning remotely, but Leshelle helped keep us on track and manage deadlines. She provided several strong recommendations for vendors and helped us vet the ones we found ourselves. As we got closer to the day, she took over full management of vendor communications and helped troubleshoot and provide options for a problematic vendor last minute a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding Leshelle, was right in the actions ensuring all the vendors strictly adhered to our time schedule. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and that is a direct reflection of Leshelle’s actions. Even more than that we felt like we had a true friend and ally during the whole process as time and time again, Leshelle acted as both a sounding board and steady hand that provided reassurance during the most stressful times of planning.
