I cannot recommend Nichole enough as a day-of coordinator! She was an absolute dream to work with and helped us feel so calm and prepared going into our wedding day. She patiently answered all our questions throughout the planning process, provided helpful planning documents/templates, and communicated with our vendors to ensure logistics ran smoothly. Nichole showed up on our wedding day calm and collected and jumped right into action, helping with bouquets, table settings, and even ironing (when we all had our makeup done and realized we couldn’t do it ). She truly went above and beyond for us, as I’m sure she does for all her couples. YPB was simply the single-best decision we could have made for our wedding. Our planner, Katelyn Evans, EXCELLED at: (1) Coordinating and managing our vendors, both local and not-at-all local (2) Understanding our vision and transforming it into reality (3) Navigating the complexities of a South Asian wedding (along with the specific needs for our families) Early on in our wedding planning journey, we got quickly overwhelmed, especially because we were not nearby to our wedding destination. Katelyn hit the ground running with us from day one. She was our boots on the ground, meeting with vendors in person when needed and was an expert in keeping things moving no matter what the action item was, big or small. A few particular difficulties that Katelyn navigated expertly: (1) We struggled to pull together the decor based off our wedding vision. Katelyn realized that one decor vendor was not meeting our needs and worked overtime to pull together an order sheet that pulled decor from multiple vendors that matched our vision perfectly AND cut our decor costs by half. (2) Katelyn accommodated our parents needs down to even the smallest requests, like making sweets available to guests at auspicious moments during the wedding weekend and even helping coordinate dinners outside of the wedding itself. (3) Katelyn pulled together last-minute needs during the wedding weekend without a sweat, such as setting up umbrellas to provide shade during the wedding ceremony or last-minute hotel room booking adjustments. The result was a multi-day South Asian wedding that was even better in real life than we could have dreamed of. Our guests LOVED (1) the decor, (2) the food, and (3) how organized and thoughtful each event was. Throughout the entire wedding journey, Katelyn remained extremely receptive to changes, incredibly attentive to detail, and our biggest friend and advocate. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. We booked Sheeco Weddings—specifically Nicole—as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t recommend Nicole or the Sheeco team more. The way they structure their coordination services was an absolute dream. Starting about a month before the wedding, we began meeting with Nicole, and she took the time to truly get to know everything: our vendors, décor, family dynamics, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. She created our full timeline and took over communication with all of our vendors, which was such a huge relief. The level of detail she thought through was incredible—things we never would have considered on our own. Having someone so organized and supportive leading up to the big day relieved so much stress. We had a very DIY wedding, with a lot of moving parts. All vendors were booked individually, and we brought in all of our décor ourselves—candles, hurricane glasses, table linens, napkins, cutlery, cups, name cards, signage for the bar, seating chart, welcome sign, and even our cake table (since we picked up the cake ourselves). Nicole and her assistant executed that vision perfectly—truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had imagined it. Because of Nicole and the Sheeco team, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were able to completely relax and be fully present on our wedding day. I knew that if anything came up, it would be handled seamlessly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordination/wedding management package. I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! Our event was interrupted by bad weather (any couple’s worst wedding nightmare), and Saige’s team was able to pivot our entire event indoors flawlessly, while maintaining our vision of the ceremony. Moreover, Hannah made our day easy by keeping pressure off of us so we could enjoy the event, but also checking in to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. Saige also has a great inventory of rental items, and went even further to custom make some items to help deliver on our event décor and vision.

As a designer by profession, I was looking to really take ownership of the look and feel of my wedding. I wanted to make sure I could pick my own vendors, determine my own aesthetic and really drive the overall theme of my wedding. Jodie's services are so great for anything from full on wedding planning to 3 months out coordination. As a girl who wanted the farthest thing from a plug and play wedding, I cannot emphasize how important Jodie's services were 3 months out. Jodie stepped in after I had chosen all my vendors, décor and details and handled it like she had designed it herself. She is a logistical queen when it comes to scheduling the day. My vendors were totally blown away with the generous time frames she had allowed them for setup and breakdown. The bridal parties hair and make up was ready to go an hour ahead of schedule, and it was so nice just take the time to be in the moment and soak it all in before everything became a blur of happy moments and pure joy. Additionally, not only did Jodie help with all the logistics of scheduling she helped everyone (no matter how small a part they were playing in the day) make sure that they knew what they were doing, when they would be doing it, and how to do it in a way that looks best in photos! The run through of the ceremony was great! It not only helped us make some granular timing decision, but also gave our officiant and readers a chance to practice. The day of documentation was extremely thorough; listing what goes where, when it get moves, and who will be moving it. This helped to make sure that no detail when forgotten, and as a bride that didn't do a first look seeing the reception area for the first time was like a fairytale. That being said, Jodie also took any logistical detail that I threw at her, and executed it even better than I could have envisioned! Lastly, Jodie was amazing flexing the ceremony, schedule, and overall day after we found out that my dad would have a limited amount of time he could be out of the hospital! This change in plans would have been so difficult to to adjust to without her. She even planned in sometime for me to say goodbye to him when he had to leave early with his hospital transport. I cannot give enough praise to Jodie's overall awareness of us as a couple. She was our best advocate on the day. Jodie was very polite to only bring up questions that really needed to have a decision made by the bride or groom, but that only happened once through the entire day. She had put in extensive work prior to the day to make sure that she had an understanding of what we would want in almost all unforeseen issues.

My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!
