Each of my curated wedding packages offers full support well before the wedding day, allowing us to build a thoughtful rapport that streamlines planning and ensures you feel truly taken care of.

What sets me apart is how deeply personalized my approach is. I work with couples of all budgets and offer custom packages, because I believe great coordination is about intention, not scale. I especially love partnering with Type-A couples who have thoughtfully crafted their vision and want a trusted professional to execute it with care, precision, and calm. With a design background and an eye for detail, I advocate for your priorities, anticipate needs before they arise, and create space for you to truly enjoy your day. *Based in the greater Seattle area and happily travel - small fees for weddings outside primary service region.

Our wedding day!
I truly can’t recommend Savannah Fox enough! We were friends before, but after going through the wedding planning process together, she’s become such a special part of my life. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and that’s all thanks to Savannah. She handled everything so seamlessly that I honestly couldn’t even tell you half of what came up, she was just completely on top of it all. It allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Leading up to the wedding, she was incredible in every meeting. I had so many questions, and she kept everything so organized while also being such a calming, steady presence. My mom and my (then fiancé) husband were both part of the process, and they loved being included and supported too. Savannah is not only amazing at her business, she’s an incredibly kind, caring person. She truly cares about each couple individually, takes the time to understand your style and family dynamic, and works tirelessly to make your day perfect for you. She is ready for anything your big day might throw at her, the emotions, the roller coaster, the unexpected, and she handles it all with grace. We truly had the best experience, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She is capable of anything and will make your wedding day feel magical!!!

Couldn't have done it without her!
Savannah was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first phone call, she was organized, detailed, and incredibly friendly. Savannah was so easy to work with and truly anticipated every need before I could even think of it. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day - she was on top of it all. She also did a fantastic job running the rehearsal, providing printed handouts to ensure everyone knew exactly what to do. Truly a type-A bride's dream come true. My husband said hiring Savannah was the best money we spent on the wedding.

Couldn’t Have Done It Without Savannah
Savannah was so amazing! She did such a great job on the day of my wedding and had everything planned or figured out. Anytime I had a question she already had the answer or was ten steps ahead of me. Our friends and family loved working with her too, my dad said it felt like she was just another one of us running around and not like a paid professional to hang out with us. I truly do not have enough words to convey how amazing she is. Savannah is such a delight and I will recommend her to anyone!!

Can’t Say Enough Good Things!

The quality of her work was truly top-notch, as she was incredibly thorough, resourceful, efficient, and detail-oriented. Sav went above and beyond, constantly checking in on both myself (the bride) and my husband to ensure we were happy with every decision. Wedding coordinators are essential if you want to be in the moment on your wedding day! We help you throughout the planning process to properly organize and plan for your event. With a wedding coordinator, you have a wedding professional on your side! During the rehearsal, we help keep things moving and make sure the bride and groom are comfortable. On the day of the wedding, we act as a liaison between the couple, family members, bridal party, and vendors. We help keep the schedule moving, address any issues that arise, and make sure the only thing you have to worry about on your wedding day is saying “I Do!”

I am intensely passionate about beautiful spaces - which extends into weddings! I love helping couples create their vision in reality - whether that be budget friendly/DIY or luxury and glam! I am happy to help out in any way I can to make sure every element of your day has a designer’s touch. I offer A La Carte options including decor planning and 3D renderings! Set up & tear down always included.

I love helping couples who are overwhelmed by the wedding process - it can be a lot!! My goal is to give tips and tricks where I can, and help out wherever else possible. I love couples looking to save some money in the wedding process - I’m looking at you DIY brides! After helping with plenty of weddings I can help you figure out what DIYs are practical, which ones will save you money, and which ones will be better to hire out. I love a fellow Type-A who just needs someone to ensure their vision is caught and executed beautifully. If you like to laugh and are excited about getting married, I’m your gal!

I first realized my love for coordinating when I began planning and coordinating large church conferences - organizing and scheduling over 100 volunteers and over 300 attendees. This is a much larger scale than weddings, and has helped me prepare to help couples of all wedding sizes! In these events and now weddings, I have planned, decorated, organized, and coordinated. I love helping out with any and all aspects of events! I have helped plan and coordinate elopement-style weddings and larger-scale 250+ person weddings. I love helping couples create a unique vision for their day that perfectly represents them - whatever that looks like!

Coordination clients find that booking between 10-6 months out offers peace of mind and one vendor checked off your to-do list. Planning with your coordinator usually starts about 8-12 weeks out from your wedding, depending on services booked. If you wish for our A-La-Carte planning services, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
