Clos LaChance Winery provides event coordinators to ensure your special day is unforgettable. Couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this intimate venue. They offer multiple settings for your day to flow smoothly from start to finish. Guests will arrive through a gorgeous garden featuring a whimsical fountain and ivy-covered entrance. Then, they will make their way to the Grand Lawn. As you exchange your vows, you'll have their vineyards and Hayes Valley, studded with oak trees, as your backdrop. For cocktail hour, guests will move to Mulberry Grove. Dinner will take place under the stars on the Grand Terrace. Finally, you'll be able to dance the night away in the Grand Salon. This full-service venue has been a part of the wedding industry since 2002.

* Tour * We fell in love with Clos LaChance Vineyards (now CordeValle Winery) the moment we stepped onto property. We were looking for a winery wedding venue that could host up to 200 guests and where you could see vineyards from the ceremony and/or reception site; Clos has exactly that plus a golf course view! Our tour with Kristin Murphy ended with some wine tasting, both red and white. * Pre-Wedding * Kristin was incredible to work with! We had a lot of questions during the wedding planning process and she always had answers! Kristin was quick to respond via email and very accommodating when it came to special requests. Something that can’t go unnoticed was her expertise in the wedding industry and how knowledgeable she is to the property. * Wedding Day * The Clos LaChance event staff took care of everything day of wedding. They set up all of our signage in the exact location we asked for it to be placed. They placed our appetizers at our sweetheart table since we weren’t able to join Cocktail Hour. Not only did they take good care of us and our guests, the food that Chef Lu cooked was delicious (although we knew this coming out of the food tasting). * Overall * We would highly recommend Clos LaChance to anyone looking to host an elegant wedding. * Clos LaChance will always have a special place in our hearts. We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

I usually wear little to no makeup, which left me at ease and looking my best on my big day! She was able to give me a very natural but beautiful look, which was exactly what I wanted! She came over for a makeup trial and really solidified my look for the wedding. We were able to figure out where I would need more moisturizer and coverage for my drier spots, which really helped for the day. My makeup also lasted all day, even with dancing well into the night. We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!

We had such a great experience hosting our corporate team-building event for 60 people at the Los Altos History Museum! The venue is beautiful — we used both the full courtyard and the galleries, and it worked perfectly for our day. Our event had a few moving parts, including a scavenger hunt, full catering for breakfast and lunch, and even a magician/mentalist — and the space handled it all seamlessly. The amenities were super convenient too. We had a shuttle drop off team members, and those who drove had no issues finding parking. Lisa was amazing to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating — from the early setup to coordinating all the logistics. Our team had a great time, and the smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces made the whole experience feel effortless. We also selected Heirloom as our caterer from their approved vendor list, and the combination was smoother than I could have even dreamed! Would definitely recommend for events — both personal and corporate!

Jon was so communicative with us the entire time and was very patient with our indecision on songs and timing of different parts of our evening. His equipment functioned flawlessly at both the ceremony and the reception. He was able to provide support and equipment to our friend who played piano for us during the ceremony.
