Karyssa Miller’s Floral Expressions is my artistic floral design studio based in Santa Clara, CA, serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2016, I have been helping couples bring their dream wedding to life through custom floral designs that feel personal and intentional. I believe every arrangement should reflect your unique style and story, making your celebration truly unforgettable. Drawing on my background in art and textiles, I create compositions rich in texture, movement, and beauty.

I'm committed to fully customized wedding floral design. Since 2016, I have been helping Bay Area couples bring their dream weddings to life through tailored proposals that reflect their unique vision and aesthetic. As an artistic colorist, I thoughtfully curate palettes that bring the perfect balance of vibrant blooms and natural greenery to life. Beyond florals, I offer a selection of curated rental décor — including candles, lanterns, soft draping fabrics, and wooden arches — to help create a cohesive, beautifully styled celebration. My goal is for every detail to feel intentional, elevated, and truly unforgettable.

A keen listener and willing collaborator
Karyssa's artistic expression is refreshing. She clearly knows her flowers and delights in the creative process. But I feel her greatest strength is her willingness to collaborate in order to stick to the budget. We iterated many times before finally landing on a floral plan that achieved our vision, and respected our dollar amount. She was upbeat and tireless as she partnered with me, and I appreciated that more than anything else.

Karyssa was amazing
As soon as I first spoke with Karyssa, I knew I wanted her to be our florist. She immediately saw my vision, and she was able to fit everything we wanted into our relatively modest budget. I was so happy with her creations for the arch for the ceremony, our bouquets, and our centerpieces. The flowers were gorgeous and went so well with the rest of the landscaping. The ceremony site looked incredible. She was super communicative and took the initiative to reach out to us to check in, which I really appreciated. I would recommend Karyssa to anyone planning their wedding!

Elegant and Timeless Floral Experience
We couldn't be happier with our wedding florals! The combination of lush greenery and classic white roses created an effortlessly timeless and romantic look. My bouquet was absolutely stunning - so much so that I'm having it professionally preserved to enjoy for years to come. Karyssa went above and beyond, including creating the cutest floral collars for our two fur babies using only non-toxic, pet-safe flowers and greenery. Everything was delivered and set up perfectly and we received so many compliments. Above and beyond my expectations
I was blown away by Karyssa's work! She really took our design requests and went way beyond our expectations. My husband and I love plants and had very specific, more unique flowers we wanted to incorporate into our wedding and Karyssa did a great job at a fair price. The colors were perfect. She was also super sweet and professional and accommodated my request to get bulk stems so my bridesmaids and I could make our own bouquets. Would absolutely book again.

Yes! I offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from arches, lanterns, candles, mirrors, and more. Get in touch to see what I have available.

Yes! After the contract is signed, only on request do I offer a mockup. You would be changed the price of that mockup arrangement & any delivery fees for bringing the mockup to you. The mockup is typically a table centerpiece. I prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.

It’s never too early to contact me about your wedding flowers. I recommend figuring out a few details before you do. For example, Have you selected the location for your ceremony &/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, my couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day. I have clients reach out in as little as 4 weeks and as far out as 20 months. I appreciate seeing any inspirational pictures and mood boards you have for your wedding. These visuals will help me better understand your vision and guide me in creating a plan that meets your expectations.

Yes, I offer breakdown services, delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.

Consultations are done over the phone and last approximately 30 minutes. Please come prepared with details about your wedding, like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration images you have for your wedding flowers. We will start by reviewing the basic information about your wedding. We will then get into the details of specific floral items. I will then ask a couple of logistical questions and finish up with how I work as a florist and any last questions you may have. The more information and ideas you provide, the better I can help you. After your consultation, I will write a customized estimate with prices and email it to you.

I do not have a minimum floral budget. As every wedding is unique, I customize each estimate to my client's needs and wants. I try to be as flexible as possible with my clients while keeping my personal standards of delivering extraordinary floral arrangements and customer service.

I serve the great San Francisco Bay Area. My delivery radius is approximately 200 miles from San Francisco. Transport/Delivery fees are based on travel distance and the size of your floral order. Since many weddings require a professional set-up, I also charge a separate fee for event installation.
