My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!

Hiring Janet (Lali) as our wedding planner, decorator, and day-of coordinator was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we booked her, she was incredibly professional, warm, and organized — truly the definition of what every couple hopes for when planning their big day. Extremely budget friendly and she offers different packages to fit what each bride/couple is possibly looking for. Her communication was flawless, and she consistently guided us with questions for our vendors that I never would’ve thought to ask. Her experience is unmatched, and it shows in every decision she makes. I only had to show her a few ideas from my Pinterest board and share my color palette, and she brought my entire floral vision to life. Our bouquets, arrangements, and décor were absolutely perfect — elegant, cohesive, and better than anything I imagined. On the wedding day, Janet and her assistant kept everything running like a perfectly oiled machine. They handled the timeline, vendors, transitions, and every small detail with such ease that I never once felt stressed. What truly blew us away was how she went above and beyond — bussing and clearing tables throughout the reception, even though that wasn’t her responsibility at all. She saw a need and instantly stepped up so our day would remain flawless. And let me brag for a moment: Janet decorated our entire ceremony arch, every centerpiece, and our sweetheart table, bridal bouquet, bridal party bouquets, groom and groomsmen’s pocket arrangements and family floral arrangements— and each piece looked like something straight out of a magazine. Her eye for design is unreal. She asked if I wanted to view the arrangements prior to the big day and I told didn’t need to because of how impressed I was with her prior arrangements. I truly wish weddings weren’t a once-in-a-lifetime event, because I would hire Janet again and again. She made our day seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable. We can’t thank Jenna and Amalia enough for taking care of our pup, Wesley, on our wedding day. We were hesitant to include Wesley in our wedding day at first because he’s still a pup and we weren’t sure who to leave him with, but once we met with Jenna and Amalia, we knew there was no one better for the job! They took care of him like their own - making sure he was happy, fed and cuddled throughout the day. They brought him to the venue for the ceremony and assisted perfectly with having him walk down the aisle and picture taking. They then brought him back home and got him settled in for the night. We were completely at ease knowing he was in the best hands and we were so happy they were able to help us include him in our special day. Hali and Leila made our wedding day run so seamlessly at a non-traditional venue. Hali was fantastic to work with prior to the wedding and listened to and executed exactly what we envisioned. We were truly able to step away from the operations and be fully present with each other, our families, and friends. Everything was set up beautifully and tended throughout the evening, and I had no idea when vendors arrived, setup, and left. I even learned after the fact that they ingeniously fixed the ceremony decor that kept falling over in the wind. They also managed to run a magic dessert table that was constantly full despite so many people taking cupcakes. I'm confident there are multiple other events that happened without my knowledge that made the day happen as it did. I cannot imagine our day without the CRC team! We utilized coordination services for the last 4 months and I am SO thankful we had this incredible team. Jenna was always quick to respond and anticipated our needs. Jenna had a form to organize all of our thoughts and worked out the details to mean fewer vendor meetings on our end. She worked seamlessly with our vendors who continuously complimented her to my husband and I. Our guests have told us it was the most organized wedding they have ever been to! This team is clearly full of incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and, most importantly, kindhearted people who made it clear they were there for us and excited for us! I had the best experience with The Venlist. I was fortunate to work with two great planners, first Kyra, and then Brittany. Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with. I will definitely keep in touch with her even after my wedding.
