“Best. Decision. Ever. We booked Breanne maybe two weeks after we got engaged, after pricing out a few other options. She is extremely organized and professional, provided us all the documentation we needed to review, and promptly set up an initial meeting. Once we booked her for the wedding, we scheduled engagement photos. Breanne traveled significant distances for both our engagement session and our actual wedding. Her pricing is competitive with other Detroit photographers but I really don't think her work product is competitive because she is leaps and bounds above other photographers. Take a look through her galleries and you can see why she is so highly rated - you can literally see individuals' personalities through her photos. That's what drew us to her initially, and she did not disappoint. I will say the engagement session is necessary practice, so that Breanne can get to know you and you get to know her. I don't think our wedding photos would have turned out as outstanding as they did without that practice. Prior to the wedding, Breanne was very responsive to communication and she goes above and beyond to help you with any part of your wedding - she just truly loves love. Her timeline was the backbone of my wedding and I tailored all the other vendors and reception events around her schedule. Working with Breanne was the least stressful and most enjoyable part of wedding planning. She is exceptionally professional and prepared, and yet she communicates with personalized attention that makes you feel like she's your friend helping you plan your wedding. It is the perfect mix of professional competence and genuine interest. At the actual wedding, Breanne was a rockstar. She gives you everything you need in advance to prepare, like checklists and timelines. Once there, she is a calming presence. My makeup people were running an hour behind so instead of plenty of time to get dressed and do bridal portraits, we had about ten minutes. Breanne jumped right in to assist with my MOH and I've never seen buttons get done so quickly. And she still managed to take breathtaking bridal photos in about 3 minutes. She was also flexible when she saw we weren't going to stick to the timeline, she improvised and took venue photos while she waited for me. After the wedding, she was quick and efficient with the family and bridal party photos and kept the focus on the bride and groom, which I really appreciated. She manages all expectations when it comes to gallery delivery as well. AND THE PHOTOS ARE UNBELIEVABLE. I cannot stress this enough. She provides photos that are true and authentic to who you are, and how you feel the day you get married. She is not a bystander to your wedding, just doing her job until it's on to the next wedding. She truly participates, learns the names of your bridal party, remembers the little details or special requests that are important to you, and always gets your good side. Like most couples, my groom doesn't usually like how he looks in photos. But our wedding photos were the perfect depiction of "us". Every time I go through them (which is very often) I keep thinking to myself, "yes, this is us, this is exactly how I remember that moment". A lot of wedding websites tell you not to skimp on the photos and it's true because after those 24 hours fly by, you will only have these photos to remember them.
