“I can only imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Lisa. We probably would have been pulled left and right, stressed about what goes where, who is helping with what, freaking out about things we may have forgotten, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a wedding planner. Instead, Lisa and her team handled it all and we just got to enjoy our day from the moment we woke up to the end of the night. She will keep you in check to make sure everything is covered and thought out prior to the wedding day. She will coordinate with your vendors as needed. Our wedding was in Bisbee, Arizona so there are a lot of little things to think about getting everything we wanted to that location but Lisa helped us figure it out. “Maria at Wolford Weddings and her assistant Brandy were simply the best! Maria was professional from the time she took us on to the very end. We had zoom calls, an in person meeting, and a dress rehearsal that took away all the stress of executing our wedding. If we had questions she had the answers or found them out! She was very knowledgeable! She was always on time and gave great advice/ suggestions on aspects of the wedding. She coordinated with all our vendors and the venue so we didn't need to. We were extremely happy with the wedding from beginning to end. We loved that Maria cared about the little details. If decor was lacking in a spot she she was prepared to make it aesthetically pleasing. Last minute the venue borrowed an arch and she made sure to get it set up and beautiful, she even found some fabric to drape over it! Made for a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and photos! She even had electrolyte mix for me when my legs cramped up on the dance floor! Also, my heart was so warmed when I seen her assistant Brandy helping my grandparents get their food. It's the little things like that kind act that makes for memorable/ touching moments. They truly went above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding coordinator! “From the very first zoom meeting to see if we were a good fit, we had an instant connection. Angela is communicative, warm, and quite honestly a force to be reckoned with. I worked with Angela for about a year planning our wedding, which was on March 13th. She understood the assignment without me having to tell her what to do or explain my thought process. “Jenna at Bubbly Affairs is truly exceptional. I attended a wedding she planned at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, and it was the kind of event that feels effortless as a guest—because everything behind the scenes is being handled perfectly. The overall décor had a classic feel with a unique modern touch, and the timeline, flow, and organization were flawless from start to finish. Every transition felt intentional, nothing dragged, and nothing felt rushed—just seamless. What impressed me even more is that I also experienced Jenna’s work in a totally different setting: she organized a 1920s-style murder mystery event on New Year’s Eve at West Rose Tasting Room, and it was phenomenal. The food and drinks were great, the costumes and décor were on point, and the actors were fantastic—engaging, entertaining, and perfectly paced. It takes real talent to execute both an elegant wedding and an immersive themed event, and Jenna absolutely nailed both. Jenna is a great communicator, calm under pressure, incredibly organized, and outstanding at vendor coordination. On top of that, she’s friendly and personable—someone you genuinely enjoy having around during a high-stakes day. If you want a planner who will make your event feel elevated, seamless, and stress-free, I can’t recommend Jenna and Bubbly Affairs enough.”

“Sarah and Alden were absolutely amazing throughout our wedding planning process. From the moment we met from our first meeting we knew they would help guide us in the right direction. Please read this review if you’re in the fence with hiring a wedding coordinator/travel agent, it was the best decision we made. First helping narrowing which resort was best for us (showing PowerPoints of different resort options) always keeping our top priorities in mind. We talked over our aesthetics, location, peak season, cost to us, cost to our guest! All of our wants and needs were carefully sorted through the thousands of resorts and also considering which resort had a reliable wedding department! we tried this on our own but once we met Sarah and Alden we knew they knew so much about the industry and we didn’t and after the first meeting hired them. From that point forward we would meet for zoom meetings to help us decided what was a priority that month and target deadlines for forms, vendors, and information. Then once we chose our resort they helped coordinate directly with the wedding department (I never once emailed the wedding department) Sarah helped take care of all of that! Then helping direct us with venders that they vet in advance to help us have the best people on our team. They saved us so much money with the fine print and details of room block contracts that I would have been clueless on without them. On top of all the wedding assistance they also navigated booking all our guest, keeping track of head count, cancels, my families twenty questions, and transport! This was a life saver having them to direct my family to! When we finally had the meeting 3 weeks out from the wedding with the wedding department even the resort coordinator was impressed at how organized we were and everything was fully ready to go. Sarah was a huge help with making sure I stayed on track each month! Then the wedding week/day came and it all went off with a bang! Everyone was on time, all details were perfect and there was hardly any flaws. On top of wedding planning they also helped book our boat day excursion! They even helped us cancel one that didn’t have everything we wanted and found us a better company and price. This ended up being the best day of the trip and so glad we did it! Lastly, they also helped coordinate booking our honeymoon, transport, and excursions! This was so nice to just be hands off for once and have someone help us with all the planning! Once we got there we had a sweet note from them with flowers across our entire bed! So sweet. Hands down I would book them a thousand times over again!! They are an amazing couple and truly cares about your wedding day and makes you feel heard and seen the whole way.”
