At I Do Details Weddings & Events, I create a stress-free wedding day bubble so you can be fully present while I handle the chaos. Dress still has a security tag? Groomsman ripped his pants? The Beat Wedding Planner EVER
Jeanette was truly one of the greatest gifts of our entire wedding process. I’ve been a bridesmaid and maid of honor multiple times, and I’ve always been the one helping put together decorations and last-minute details so my friends wouldn’t feel stressed on their wedding day. While I was happy to help them, I knew that wasn’t what I wanted for my own wedding. I wanted to be present, to enjoy the day with my family and friends, and to celebrate without worrying about whether everything was coming together behind the scenes. When Austin and I got engaged, we were immediately asked when we were going to start planning the wedding. I remember feeling overwhelmed almost instantly. Both of us have ADHD, and we knew trying to plan something this big on our own would be stressful and chaotic. Thankfully, my parents offered to help by gifting us the finances for a wedding planner, and that changed everything. When I found I Do Details (thanks to my mom sending me the link), I sent Jeanette a text late that night. From that first interaction, I had a feeling we were going to work well together. During our first meeting, Jeanette took the time to walk us through the entire planning process. She explained everything so clearly that I immediately felt at ease. From helping us find our venue to our monthly meetings where we worked through every big and small detail, the entire process felt organized, manageable, and even fun. Jeanette was always patient, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. Whether I had a random idea in the middle of the day or one of my occasional spiraling thoughts during planning, she was always there to answer questions and help guide us. On the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of amazing. She helped navigate a last-minute change to our family lineup due to illness and even coordinated a livestream so my abuela could watch the ceremony. Because of her, everything ran smoothly and beautifully, and our guests were able to enjoy every moment of what truly felt like a fairytale day. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, Jeanette is the best and the only planner I would ever recommend. Not only did she help create the most beautiful day of our lives, but we also gained an incredible lifelong friend in the process. We love her and are so grateful for everything she did for us.

Dreams came true with Jeanette
From the very first inquiry, Jeanette was incredibly responsive and attentive. Jeanette took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day and provided vendor recommendations that perfectly matched my Pinterest board. We had monthly meeting to go through and with Jeanette everything was on the track. On the day beforee wedding, Jeanette led our rehearsal seamlessly. And on the wedding day, from getting ready, ensured every details. The ceremony was perfectly done with all I imagined and dinner reception was like a fairytlae. Down to our grand exit, was executed flawlessly. Jeanette truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day exactly as we had dreamed. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The perfect day!
From the moment we started working with I Do Details Weddings & Events, we felt reassured and confident that our wedding day was in good hands. Jeanette’s communication was clear and responsive, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, her organization and attention to detail were evident - she seamlessly worked with the venue to address any last-minute issues, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration.
