Although Jaime was unable to be present on the wedding day due to maternity leave, the rest of the NJ team stepped in effortlessly. Their communication and coordination with the other vendors too were impeccable; we were only approached with two or three quick questions during the entire reception, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without distraction.
One of the standout tools they used was a shared drive, which housed our timeline, vendor details, setup instructions, and more. This centralized system made it incredibly easy to update and access information without relying on endless email threads.
The greatest gift Niki and her team gave us was the ability to be fully present on our wedding day.
