Blenheim is a beautiful property and the perfect location for a Catskills wedding. Min and Morton are accommodating owners who made sure all of our needs were considered and facilitated. If you want to have an upscale barn wedding that is a highly memorable affair this is absolutely the venue for you! The food is amazing, the staff is on top of everything (shoutout to Rosie!), and the setting is gorgeous. We are so over the moon happy that we had our wedding at the Inns of Aurora! Highly recommended! I can write a novel about our amazing experience but will try to keep it short. The venue is so magical and by the lake! During our site visit we fell in love with the historic charm and the colorful designs and arts in each of the Inns houses and couldn’t wait to share that with our family and friends. We worked very closely with Lindsey who was so sweet and responsive and helped us with all the details such as planning our tasting, all the details about rooming, options for rehearsal and Sunday breakfast. Closer to our wedding, Kim helped us with directing the details of our wedding day, helped us with the rehearsal and worked so seamlessly with all of our vendors. Our Vendors all loved working at the Inns because everyone is so organized and friendly. We are so thankful because Lindsey and Kim, were there for us through every step of our event planning. Kim was very kind and attentive and she spent every minute from Thursday through the end of Sunday supporting us! They were truly friendly and treated us with so much love. Kim and her team made sure we stayed on time and made sure we had a chance to eat and drink during the hours of the wedding. The food was truly delicious and exceptional, during our tasting at the wedding and anytime we ate the 1833 Kitchen. Many of the rooms are overlooking the water and one last thing we loved is the special granola bar that in my opinion is one of the Inns of Aurora’s signature details. The inns of Aurora and the Spa facility will always be a special place for us and we will definitely be back. Lots of love Negar and Adam

I don’t even know where to begin. At the beginning of our wedding journey, finding a venue was the hardest thing we could’ve done. My husband and I had a specific vision in mind and had an incredibly difficult time finding a place that we loved that was also within our budget. We’re from the LI area but knew we wished to get married upstate. We must have visited at least 10 venues. Then on our way home from one, my husband found Stablegate on a whim. We looked everything over and it had the barn that I wanted, and the catering included that my husband wanted and I said “if we visit and we like it, I’m putting a deposit down the next day.” And that’s exactly what we did. Birch Hill is an incredible family owned company with so many aspects attached to it, it was hard not to fall in the second we saw it. Over 2.5 years, I never once regretted that decision and once the wedding day came and went I knew it was the right choice for us. The food is amazing and a ton of different options (including catering to my vegan guests), the staff are incredible, and the vibes are immaculate. Our wedding coordinator Jared was really the star of the show. He was super accommodating to all of our needs, organized, and just all in all a ridiculously sweet and funny guy. When our wedding day ended up getting rained out, he came up with backup plans right on the spot that honestly fit our vibe so much more than our original plan and I really truly have Jared to thank for that. Jared treated us like we were old friends that he was just helping throughout the day. He is someone I will truly forever be the most grateful for to have on my wedding day. I have heard so many horror stories about venues, and I can honestly say this is not one of them. Stablegate Barn and the Birch Hill Catering Company have my highest recommendation. And if you need a coordinator, ask for Jared. Really truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you for an amazing wedding day.

Helen at Brookledge was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding!! From our very first interaction, the whole team was communicative, helpful, and really kind. The venue itself has a completely magical vibe, and was the perfect space for our forest wedding in the trees. I had originally hoped to get married in the redwoods in CA, but the The Camp Chapel (one option for a ceremony space) was the absolute next best thing. Helen went above and beyond throughout the weekend (even printed my updated vows last minute!!) to ensure everything ran smoothly, and everyone's attention to detail made our wedding day feel more magical than we could have ever dreamed of!! We are so grateful to Helen and the whole Brookledge team -- if you love glamping and want to get married in the trees -- THIS IS THE VENUE FOR YOU!! 1000/10 recommend! (Just because there isn't another public place to leave this, if you go with Brookledge, as you 10000% should!! don't choose Jake Allen as your DJ - just use another recommended vendor for music! )

Everyone loved our wedding. We had so much fun swimming, boating & fishing in the lake on the days before the wedding. We not only rented the 3 cabins on the property, but we also put up glamping tents near the cabins. We had 32 people staying here for 3 nights and 4 days. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch the day after the wedding under a beautiful tent alongside the lake. It was breathtaking. My family and friends can’t stop talking about how much fun our 4 days together were. The owners are in a cabin at the back of the property, so they were there for us whenever we needed them all week.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Windham Manor in the fall! The property is stunning, and the views are gorgeous, especially in the early autumn. We got married in the Enchanted Forest, had cocktail hour on the lawn, and our reception in the barn. Everything flowed seamlessly and with 110 guests, the layout was perfect. Although Windham is a small town, it’s easy for guests to find places to stay and things to explore. We did our rehearsal dinner in town and hosted our Sunday brunch at the on-site house. Susan and Barry were wonderful, checking in with us and giving us time to settle in on Thursday. They also offered a variety of decor items such as candles, vases, runners, etc., which made setting up our reception easy and stress-free. We stayed with our wedding party at the house onsite and this really helped make our weekend extra special. We loved having our wedding party with us to hang out and catch up, and to facilitate our after party. Our house manager, Karen, was incredible. She was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and always anticipating what we needed. She checked in throughout the day with even small things like water, coffee, or food. She helped the weekend feel calm and effortless. From the moment we first visited, we knew Windham Manor was our number one choice and it did not disappoint!

We held our wedding at Vanderbilt Lakeside and cannot recommend it enough. Our whole wedding party was able to stay at the Guesthouse with us, which was so special. The rooms are cozy and have everything you might need for a short stay. The grounds are lovely and feel so private and tucked away even though the venue is in downtown Philmont. The event staff are fantastic--Henrietta helped make our vision come to life and was so responsive throughout the wedding planning process, Matt's food was incredible, and all of the staff were so lovely and helpful throughout. It was a dream, and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone! We're already dreaming of hosting another event there one day.

We chose Hotel Lilien for our intimate wedding (about 30 adults and 10 kids) without ever having visited New York — and it exceeded every expectation. Planning from afar could have been stressful, but Jules was incredible. She was so patient, thoughtful, and accommodating with our many questions, which gave us so much confidence every step of the way. The entire team truly treats you like family. Our guests still talk about how warm and welcoming everyone was, along with how special the whole weekend felt. The lush mountain scenery made everything effortless — we were able to keep our florals simple and let the natural beauty shine. We stayed Thursday through Sunday and honestly wished we could have stayed even longer to soak it all in. Hotel Lilien is more than a venue — it’s an experience we’ll cherish forever.
