Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. Michele was our full wedding planner. Our wedding went perfect without a single hitch and it was all thanks to Michele. We had the caterer for our rehearsal dinner drop out one week before the event and Michele found us a replacement within an hour; and the replacement caterer was a slam dunk. Everyone loved the food. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner Michele and Dan did everything. And I mean everything. She set up tables, positioned flowers and welcome signs and seating charts. She ironed over disagreements with vendors and never once did we have to lift a finger. It is a common saying that the bride and groom never enjoy their own wedding but we thoroughly had a blast at ours thanks to Michele. Hiring Brenda / Gatherings for Good was the smartest thing we did in our wedding planning process. At the beginning we were thinking we were going to plan everything ourselves, but as the wedding became bigger we decided to look for a planner and we're so glad we got Brenda's help as we couldn't have done it without her. We already had a venue and some vendors picked out, but Brenda was able to recommend a lot of great vendors through her extensive network and keep us on track with the milestones we needed to hit to make sure the wedding went off without a hitch. I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

Tiffany is amazing! We selected her Day-Of Coordination package and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were married at the Madonna Inn with 140 guests. I was a very detail-oriented bride with a very specific vision for our event, and Tiffany made it all happen so seamlessly. Throughout the process Tiffany was there to offer support and ease any anxiety I had about the planning. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Even before we officially hired her, she offered to meet me at the venue while I was visiting from out of state, which immediately showed her thoughtfulness and dedication. Her genuineness is what made me confident she was the right person for the job. Before her services officially started, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. We purchased the Champagne Package that included 6 weeks of weekly one-on-one meets. She made the meetings fun and something I genuinely looked forward to — thanks to her, I felt excited about the wedding rather than stressed! When she knew she would be unavailable during trip that overlapped with her scheduled service start time, she proactively started her services early to make sure everything was covered — such an incredible level of professionalism and care. Where do we even begin? Before hiring Clémence, we met over a video call, getting to know each other to make sure we worked well together. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.

Kari did an amazing job of planning and coordinating our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, kind and always available to answer our questions and make suggestions about vendors and other details. We were planning from out of town, so having Kari was essential in our planning and I am certain it would have been a mess without her! She is well known and well respected within the wedding planning community in Paso and it was obvious that all of our vendors loved working with her. On our rainy wedding day, she and her team seamlessly moved our ceremony inside at the last minute and transformed the space into something truly gorgeous and magical with the beautiful winery vibes that we wanted while keeping everyone dry. They were then able to transform that same space for dinner. We didn't think it was possible for us and our families to have a relaxing day pre-wedding, especially with rain, but we truly did. Kari and her team took care of everything and kept everything on schedule with every detail attended to, and we didn't have to worry about anything. She also did our flowers which were gorgeous, reasonably priced and exactly what we had hoped for. Throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day, Kari and her team brought great style and energy that helped make our special day truly unforgettable and better than we could have ever imagined. We are so grateful for their hard work, attention to detail and would not hesitate to put your full trust in her and her team to create the wedding of your dreams! It was quite honestly the BEST money we spent on our wedding.
