Ingrid - outstanding professional!
I was fortunate to work with Ingrid in October 2025. She is an outstanding professional and a very responsive person. I'm videographer, and it’s extremely important to me that the wedding day is well-organized. Invaluable and Amazing Planning/Coordinating!
Ingrid and the entire Grand Entrance Affairs team was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Ingrid went above and beyond in every possible way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, endlessly friendly, and always prepared with multiple backup plans so we never had to worry about a thing. We had a complicated destination wedding, with a high guest count and multiple moving parts. Despite this, Ingrid never ceased to keep our wants at the forefront, helping us through our self doubt. There were times when it felt so overwhelming and we considered dropping certain parts of our dream wedding--Ingrid would have none of that, doing everything she could to make our dreams come true. Throughout the entire process, we truly felt like she was in our corner, advocating for us and making sure our vision came to life. Hiring her was one of the best choices we made for our wedding—we couldn’t imagine the day without her.

We had the pleasure of operating our photo booth at a beautiful wedding at Proper Hotel Santa Monica on October 25th. From the weeks leading up to the event, Ingrid was an absolute delight to work with — her clear communication, detailed guidance, and professionalism made everything run so smoothly.
