I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Cougoule of Parker & Paloma Events as the pianist for Aydin and Rachel’s intimate wedding on January 24, 2026, at their family home in Hillsborough. I’ve done many weddings, and hands down, Natasha made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vendor experiences I’ve had. She first sent me a lead through GigSalad, then followed up warmly through email after the couple loved my repertoire, CC’d them right away, and asked what I needed to do my best— that’s already a great sign. From there, her communication was clear, kind, and consistent. She set up one main thread for all vendors, introduced herself as the single point of contact to protect the couple’s time, and added everyone to AislePlanner for easy access to timelines, layouts, and updates. She handled logistics thoughtfully: shared detailed PDFs with floor plans and piano placement early, flagged the switch to fully indoor (and the ceremony-to-reception flip), gave advance notice about playing gently since the piano was in the ceremony room, promised to cue music changes, and noted the wheelchair guest so we could all be prepared (family ramps were already in place- nice touch!). On the booking side, when the schedule ended up longer than the original GigSalad quote, she quickly checked with the couple, confirmed they were happy with an adjusted rate, and smoothly moved us off the platform to skip fees. She confirmed the deposit promptly, tested a small Venmo transfer first, and kept everything transparent and fair. Throughout, her emails stayed positive and collaborative—“I’m so excited,” “can’t wait to see your incredible work,” “hope you’re having a lovely day.” She asked for vendor preferences (meals, contact info, hours), sent final timelines with specific processional requests well in advance, and always invited feedback or questions. The day flowed beautifully because of her planning. Cues were perfect, the couple was relaxed, and everything felt effortless from my side. If you want a planner who’s organized, genuinely kind, proactive, and excellent at keeping vendors and clients happy, Natasha is outstanding. I’ve already recommended her to others and would love to work with her again. Highly recommend Park & Paloma Events and I’d say her work deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Natasha!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Since hiring Sanford from day one (6 months before Ceremony) he has always kept in communication via email and zoom. He asked my husband and I our ideal Ceremony style. He had us fill out a questionnaire separately and told us not to share our answers with eachother. Once the day arrived he customized our Ceremony to tell our love story exactly how we imagined/ wanted it! Sanford has a great personality and can tell your story! I will definitely be referring him to my friends ;)

I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. Her and the owner were so kind enough to make my original package of Day of Planning, to Full planning at a discount! Saved my whole wedding day. I cried a few days before my wedding because remembering all the months prior, they were there for me every step of the way. And on the day, everyone kept asking me, Is your planner a friend of yours? I honestly told them, 100% yes. :) Because I feel like we now are friends. Such a family orientated company. I highly recommend.
