At ImPerfect Events, we believe the most meaningful celebrations are human and emotion-driven — which means they’re often a little messy, sometimes unpredictable, and never truly “perfect.” Those moments are usually where the joy lives, and what make a day feel unique and real. We were founded on the belief that weddings and events should be about love and community. They should feel warm, welcoming, and joyful — and we believe that same ease can exist in the planning process, too. In an overwhelming world, our goal is to create a planning experience that brings clarity, organization, and calm without losing heart.

We lead with transparency and clarity. Our pricing is straightforward, vendor costs are clearly explained, and we handle vendor coordination and payments so there are no surprises. As soon as couples book any planning package, they receive access to our planning tools, along with monthly office hours for ongoing support. Most importantly, we bring a calming, grounding presence to the process — helping planning feel supported, organized, and manageable instead of overwhelming.

    Sydney was phenomenal as our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly attentive, hands-on, and decorated our venue beautifully. She stayed longer than planned to make sure everything went perfectly and went above and beyond to support us throughout the day. From helping in the wedding suite to ensuring we got our couple photos, she made us feel completely taken care of. We truly felt like VIPs on our wedding day and are so grateful for her dedication and professionalism.

    Working with Sydney was such a great experience. She was so open to hearing about our (extensive) ideas and themes, all the miscellaneous thoughts we wanted to talk about, but then helping us understand what we could realistically do while staying true to our vision. Sydney was so on it, being detail oriented, keeping us on track, and helping us through achieving our milestones.     Sydney brought such a calming, confident energy to the wedding day! She kept everything organized, on time, and flowing so naturally that it felt effortless for everyone involved. She was incredibly attentive and quick-thinking, handling every little pivot and behind-the-scenes detail with ease, from coordinating décor setup and family florals to helping with the veil and bustle. Beyond her organization and professionalism, Sydney was genuinely kind and uplifting throughout the entire day, constantly hyping up the bride, offering reassurance, and creating such a positive, supportive atmosphere. As the Maid of Honor who helped with pre-planning, I was blown away by how smoothly everything ran under her care. Thanks to Sydney, we were all able to relax, be present, and just enjoy the day knowing everything was completely handled!
