I loved All Set Events! We used their day of coordinator and DJ service. It was very important to me that the DJ be bilingual and Eden my DOC found someone good for me. She was great with communication and responded to all my questions in a timely manner leading up to the wedding. The DJ Isaiah was great and played a mixture of Spanish and english songs and my guests were impressed with him. 100000% recommend!!!

My husband and I got married in the Crossroads in April and had the most beautiful day thanks to Sofi! Without her we would not have had the day that we envisioned! Sofi did so much, she was in constant communication with vendors, flipped the ceremony space into a reception space, checked in on us throughout the day to see if we needed anything, and so much more! Having a day-of coordinator was a must of mine because I get overwhelmed easily. Jazmyn was amazing from the beginning. She has great communication, asks all the right questions ( questions we never even thought of) and offers great suggestions. I probably would’ve given up on the wedding if it wasn’t for her lol. We had our caterer drop out 2 weeks before the wedding and she had a new caterer booked with the same menu and same price range in less than an hour, and the food was great. On wedding day, she was organized and made sure everyone knew where to be at what time, and had everything set up perfectly after the room flip. I don’t think I can talk her up enough.

Leshelle was incredible and truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! We had a relatively short timeline from when we reached out until the big day AND we live outside of NYC now so were planning remotely, but Leshelle helped keep us on track and manage deadlines. She provided several strong recommendations for vendors and helped us vet the ones we found ourselves. As we got closer to the day, she took over full management of vendor communications and helped troubleshoot and provide options for a problematic vendor last minute a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding Leshelle, was right in the actions ensuring all the vendors strictly adhered to our time schedule. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and that is a direct reflection of Leshelle’s actions. Even more than that we felt like we had a true friend and ally during the whole process as time and time again, Leshelle acted as both a sounding board and steady hand that provided reassurance during the most stressful times of planning. Our only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of her full planning service package!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
