The Garden Ballroom was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was pretty good, with a couple of minor issues getting in touch at times, but overall they were very responsive and helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was incredible - the space was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. They went above and beyond in a few ways, like serving Cuban coffee (which was perfect since I married into a Cuban family) and even making sure my mom, who wasn't originally planned to walk down the aisle, was able to do so last minute. The staff was great and made sure our whole day ran smoothly. We loved our experience at The Garden Ballroom and would recommend them 10 out of 10. I'm especially grateful they made sure to include my mom, as she sadly passed away just 4 months later.

Rustic Grace Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team - Erica, Cynthia and Soly - was incredibly effective, efficient and beyond helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious and elegant barn design that provided the perfect rustic elegance we were looking for. Don’t get me started on the bridal suite, there is truly no other one in the area that compares! What really helped seal the deal for us was the incredible value - we were able to get all the luxuries of a typical high-end venue for a fraction of the cost compared to other options in the Tampa to Orlando area. The all-inclusive package, which included wedding planning and day-of coordination, all vendors and so much more, made everything effortless and painless. We're so grateful to the Rustic Grace Barn team for making our special day truly unforgettable.

Where do I even begin with this review? It's hard to put into words how perfect this venue is. From the spaces available to you on your wedding day, to the staff you get to work with, to the onsite cottages, everything was a dream. As a bride, this place checks all my boxes and then some. I remember touring the venue in 2022, I knew this would be where we got married, I couldn't walk away from this beautiful venue, and now two years later (2/18/2024) we did it! The estate house itself is a dream, the bridal suite and the groomsmen loft are such an amazing touch. But the onsite cottages are the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend reserving them all for your friends and family to stay in following your wedding. We had them all booked, and it was the perfect place to have everyone right there only a walk away, the celebration gets to continue without the fear of disrupting anyone. Jhoanna, the lodging manager was an absolute gem! From her communication the weeks prior, to the ease of check in with her right there making sure it all went perfectly, to her only being a text or phone call away during the entire stay was truly a blessing. She is fantastic! Now let me tell you, as a bride there are 101 things on your to do list, from contacting and updating vendors, to trying to make sure you have everything you need, to worrying about everything under the sun. But having Debbie as my day of coordinator made my life as a bride EASY. There are no combination of words that I could string together to give enough praise to this lovely woman. She was in my corner throughout the entire things, even the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was updating vendors, organizing the timeline, checking in on our well being and so much more. She made the day flawless. I can remember feeling nothing but anxious the night before our wedding day, we were set up to meet with Debbie for our rehearsal walk through and when I tell you the moment I was able to give her a hug and she began talking my nerves disappeared. It was like you could hear the collective sigh from our wedding party and all the tension leave the room. Debbie is a gift from above when it comes to knowing exactly what to say and do at any moment. Our wedding day happened to be extremely rainy and overcast and all around dreary. But when you ask me what I remember from my wedding day, the weather is not one of those things, the way the staff at Adam's Estate rallied around us and made sure that despite the weather our day would be perfect made it extremely easy to ignore everything outside that event tent. Just a few hours before our wedding and a short amount of time before the guest were going to arrive I looked out the window and saw the rain and wind, I got the look of panic in my eyes and Debbie said, "You tell me what you need lady, I will get it done, this is your day, I just need to know what you need." And that she did. Her and the staff worked so fast and with no complaint to rearrange our ceremony site and move everything into the tent where weather would be no issue. This is only one out of many moments Debbie and everyone else made me feel heard and safe as a bride. I cannot thank them enough. This venue is everything you want as a bride, I can promise you that. I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over just to be back here with all our favorite people. I cannot recommend this place enough.
