About this venue

Blue View Barn is family owned and operated on our farm as a way to share our beautiful property for weddings and receptions. Our barn venue sits on 38 acres with tall pine trees and beautiful oak trees. We are in Winter Haven, home of Legoland between Tampa and Orlando in the heart of central Florida. Our venue features a reception barn, outdoor chapel, dance floor, outdoor bar, caterer's kitchen, bridal suite and groom saloon. We are an oasis of country life on a true rural farm close to the city! We would love to give you a personal tour of our gorgeous barn venue!

Our Venue will accommodate up to 130 people (bridal party and guests). We have a charming, open air Wedding Chapel for your ceremony. We offer a beautiful air-conditioned bridal suite and groom suite with plenty of room for the wedding party to get ready for the big day.

Description

(One Day-Saturday or Sunday & Weekdays if available) This package includes full use of all venue spaces, tables and chairs to accommodate up to 130 guests, use of outdoor wedding area and use of our decorations with access from 9:00AM to 11:30PM on the day of your event. $500 deposit** **Deposit is refundable after the wedding if no damages to the venue or decorations and clean-up is complete. The deposit is in addition to the package price and is not refunded if the wedding is canceled.

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way.There truly aren’t enough words to describe how breathtaking Blue View Barn is. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was something special - but our wedding day exceeded every single expectation. The venue itself is stunning. The views, the barn, the atmosphere - every detail creates the most magical backdrop. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was! But what truly makes Blue View Barn exceptional is Jacqueline, the owner. She is beyond amazing. From day one, she was supportive, organized, creative, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She offered incredible ideas we never would have thought of, helped guide us through decisions, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Not only is the venue gorgeous and the service unmatched, but the pricing is also fantastic for what you receive. The value is incredible. Our wedding was absolutely unforgettable, and so much of that is because of Jacqueline and Blue View Barn. If you are considering this venue -book it. You will not regret it. Forever grateful.

Blue View Barn was the perfect all-in-one stop for our wedding. The venue space was thoughtfully designed to keep the ceremony and reception areas separate, allowing for different moods and vibes throughout the day. We loved the wide selection of decor items they had available for us to choose from - it really helped us bring our vision to life. The staff was incredibly accommodating and open to our ideas, never forcing us to use their preferred vendors. They were able to host our large and diverse group with ease. Overall, Blue View Barn exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable.

Jackie at Blue View Barn was a dream to work with. She was completely transparent and communicated in a timely manner. When we gave a deposit she provided a list of vendors that have worked with her and we ended up booking 3 vendors from her list that made our day even more perfect. The venue was clean and the provided decorations were all of good quality. We rented the venue for 2 days and Jackie stayed available throughout the time we were on the property incase we needed anything. I cannot recommend this venue enough.
