After interviewing several planners based on a recommendation from our photographer, Niki immediately stood out. She was approachable, professional, and brought a wealth of experience—particularly with weddings at the Desert Botanical Garden. Her deep familiarity with the venue, its layout, and staff gave us tremendous peace of mind from the very beginning. We chose NJ Event Collective’s “Day of Coordination” package, as I wanted to handle much of the event design and DIY elements myself. I’m incredibly thankful that Niki’s team was our coordinator as they were absolutely instrumental in making our day run smoothly and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, we primarily communicated with Jaime, Niki’s lead assistant, who was outstanding—organized, efficient, and always on top of every detail. She ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. Our in-person meetings were with Niki, who was always well-informed and seamlessly aligned with everything we had discussed with Jaime. Although Jaime was unable to be present on the wedding day due to maternity leave, the rest of the NJ team stepped in effortlessly. Their communication and coordination with the other vendors too were impeccable; we were only approached with two or three quick questions during the entire reception, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without distraction. One of the standout tools they used was a shared drive, which housed our timeline, vendor details, setup instructions, and more. This centralized system made it incredibly easy to update and access information without relying on endless email threads. The greatest gift Niki and her team gave us was the ability to be fully present on our wedding day. We never had to worry about logistics, vendor coordination, or last-minute decisions—everything had been thoughtfully planned and executed. If you’re planning a wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden—or anywhere in the Phoenix area—I cannot recommend NJ Event Collective highly enough. Their professionalism, experience, and calming presence truly elevated our wedding experience.

He’s my best friend, ultimate hype man and the muscle that keeps Sage + Stone going. So needless to say he’s pretty great. After 8+ years in the events industry, I’ve finally found my passion – creating one of a kind, unique to you wedding experiences for the wildly in love. I cannot recommend Sage Stone more highly, you will be in such good hands with Codi and her team! We got married last weekend and I have been bragging about Codi to everyone nonstop!! Despite being my month of coordinator, Codi made time to meet with me while I was in Arizona 3 months before my wedding (since I was an out of state bride) to ensure that we could do our venue walk through together in person. Truly, going above and beyond what I expected! From the beginning she let me know she was there for me, even before coordination started. And when the month of coordination officially started, Codi took over all vendor contacts and created a detailed timeline for our wedding party of 18 family, which was realistic and made sure to cover all of the things I wanted to include in the big day. When I was unsure about when to change into my reception dress, Codi talked me through the different timelines and reaffirmed that the dress change would fit flawlessly into our day, which it did. Codi always made me feel assured that everything was taken care of and I kept telling her how I was not stressed during the planning process because I knew she had it! Outside of being the sweetest and most fun coordinator out there, Codi is detail oriented and quick to adjust when plans change. Our transportation was 45 minutes late but Codi was still able to get us back on schedule! It was wonderful to be able to trust in this team to get things back on track so I could just take in the day. I let Codi and Kristen, her assistant, have free reign on where most things went and I was so happy with their set up of our decor. Our reception space was exactly what I had envisioned. Also, Codi is a BLAST on the dance floor! When our cake got left at the venue, Codi personally delivered it to our airbnb the next morning so we can enjoy it while thinking back on the whirlwind day we just had. Hiring Codi and her team was the best decision I made and it allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day, which is exactly what my husband (!!!) and I had hoped. So a huge thank you Codi and Kristen for all your hard work to make our wedding day so special! I promise you will be so glad you picked Sage Stone as your wedding planning team!

We got married earlier this month and had the best experience working with Confetti Event Planning. Liz is an absolute dream to work with. She is organized, helpful, and extremely knowledgable about the wedding industry. I was originally going to go without a planner or day-of coordinator and ultimately decided to use Confetti Event Planning for day-of coordination (which turned out to be way more than just day-of assistance). She offers monthly meetings to review all of the details and creates a perfect timeline for the day. There were many things I hadn't even thought of that Liz brought up and helped us work through and plan. Our wedding day would not have gone nearly as smooth if it were not for Liz. She took a TON of stress off of us and allowed us to relax day of. I cannot recommend working with her enough!!

We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!

We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. We LOVE you Brianna and Marquelle!

We booked Nichole for our day of coordinator. She is super sweet and goes above and beyond. She showed up before anyone else and made sure everything was set up just right. She checked on me and my bridal party throughout the morning and even reminded me to eat, which I was very grateful of. Then, because of limited budget, I only had the photographer for portraits, not the reception, so when my photography window ended, she even captured some special moments after the photographer left. Sarah and Alden were absolutely amazing throughout our wedding planning process. From the moment we met from our first meeting we knew they would help guide us in the right direction. Please read this review if you’re in the fence with hiring a wedding coordinator/travel agent, it was the best decision we made. First helping narrowing which resort was best for us (showing PowerPoints of different resort options) always keeping our top priorities in mind. We talked over our aesthetics, location, peak season, cost to us, cost to our guest! All of our wants and needs were carefully sorted through the thousands of resorts and also considering which resort had a reliable wedding department! we tried this on our own but once we met Sarah and Alden we knew they knew so much about the industry and we didn’t and after the first meeting hired them. From that point forward we would meet for zoom meetings to help us decided what was a priority that month and target deadlines for forms, vendors, and information. Then once we chose our resort they helped coordinate directly with the wedding department (I never once emailed the wedding department) Sarah helped take care of all of that! Then helping direct us with venders that they vet in advance to help us have the best people on our team. They saved us so much money with the fine print and details of room block contracts that I would have been clueless on without them. On top of all the wedding assistance they also navigated booking all our guest, keeping track of head count, cancels, my families twenty questions, and transport! This was a life saver having them to direct my family to! When we finally had the meeting 3 weeks out from the wedding with the wedding department even the resort coordinator was impressed at how organized we were and everything was fully ready to go. Sarah was a huge help with making sure I stayed on track each month! Then the wedding week/day came and it all went off with a bang! Everyone was on time, all details were perfect and there was hardly any flaws. On top of wedding planning they also helped book our boat day excursion! They even helped us cancel one that didn’t have everything we wanted and found us a better company and price. This ended up being the best day of the trip and so glad we did it! Lastly, they also helped coordinate booking our honeymoon, transport, and excursions! This was so nice to just be hands off for once and have someone help us with all the planning! Once we got there we had a sweet note from them with flowers across our entire bed! So sweet. Hands down I would book them a thousand times over again!! They are an amazing couple and truly cares about your wedding day and makes you feel heard and seen the whole way.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
