Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. “My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

“It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. “Britny is amazing and made my life as a bride easy. First, despite having just had a baby, she was always available to chat through final wedding planning details. She helped me so much in the months leading up to the wedding. During the week/weekend of the wedding, she did EVERYTHING, so that I truly got to enjoy myself before the big day. On the day of the wedding, I was completely stress free because I knew Britny had everything under control. She set up and helped run our entire Friday rehearsal/welcome party, and then Saturday was super organized to make sure we were all on time. She also decorated the tent beautifully. A lot of the ideas for decoration came from her in the months before, and it truly exceeded my expectations. We got so many compliments about our wedding - the beauty of it, the timing/flow, no one ever waiting on a drink, etc. - and this was all thanks to Britny!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!”

“My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Jamie. We only had a 3 month engagement, so it was crunch time pretty much the entire time we were planning. We hired Jamie 2 months prior to the wedding, and she made everything so stress free. Anything we asked of her, she was more than happy to do, and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she would find out and get back to us in a very timely manner. I did all the decorating myself, and Jamie had some great ideas to help me execute my day. While she kept things professional, she also felt like a friend. Her kind spirit and go getter attitude was so great to have on the day of our wedding. She handled EVERYTHING the day of the wedding and everything ran so smoothly. Everything that needed to be done the day of was in the perfect spot just where I asked her to put things, and she ran the event flawlessly. She was in contact with all my vendors and she worked out all the details with them so I wouldn’t have to which was the biggest help. My husband and I did not know what to expect going into planning, but Jamie and her team exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding, I would say stop looking you have found your girl. Jamie’s assistant was also amazing and just as pleasant.
