For couples working with us in a full planning capacity, we typically meet once a month to review progress, discuss vendor decisions, and collaborate on key planning elements. Between these meetings, communication is ongoing via email, phone, and text, ensuring you have the support you need every step of the way. If we’re working on a shorter planning timeline, we’ll schedule more frequent meetings to stay on track. Each planning schedule is customized to meet your specific needs, and we’re always available to provide guidance and support as needed throughout the process.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

We are committed to providing the highest level of service to every couple we work with. To ensure this, we carefully limit the number of weddings we take on in a single weekend. Your on-site coordinator is fully dedicated to your event and remains flexible and available should any adjustments, such as changes to your rehearsal timing or other weekend events, arise.

Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Lauren Wilson Magee is the lead planner at Lauren Wilson Events and works closely with all of our couples throughout the planning process. Most of our clients work directly with Lauren from start to finish, and she is present on-site on the wedding day to ensure everything runs seamlessly. For some dates, we may bring in one of our experienced on-site coordinators to assist during the final two months and on the wedding day itself. When you book with us, we’ll review your date and team availability so you’ll have a clear understanding of who you’ll be working with throughout the process.

We love working with couples who are newly engaged and excited about finding the perfect venue for their wedding. We offer a venue sourcing package that ensures our couples find a venue that is within their budget, meets their aesthetic preferences, and has all the things that are important to them for their wedding day. We offer this as a standalone service so our couples can have the flexibility to choose a wedding date and how much wedding planning support they'd like once they book their venue. Our process allows couples to compare venues side by side, giving them the transparency and confidence they need to choose the perfect venue.
