We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Niki and the team at NJ Event Collective for our wedding coordination. After interviewing several planners based on a recommendation from our photographer, Niki immediately stood out. She was approachable, professional, and brought a wealth of experience—particularly with weddings at the Desert Botanical Garden. Her deep familiarity with the venue, its layout, and staff gave us tremendous peace of mind from the very beginning. We chose NJ Event Collective’s “Day of Coordination” package, as I wanted to handle much of the event design and DIY elements myself. I’m incredibly thankful that Niki’s team was our coordinator as they were absolutely instrumental in making our day run smoothly and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, we primarily communicated with Jaime, Niki’s lead assistant, who was outstanding—organized, efficient, and always on top of every detail. She ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. Our in-person meetings were with Niki, who was always well-informed and seamlessly aligned with everything we had discussed with Jaime. Although Jaime was unable to be present on the wedding day due to maternity leave, the rest of the NJ team stepped in effortlessly. Their communication and coordination with the other vendors too were impeccable; we were only approached with two or three quick questions during the entire reception, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without distraction. One of the standout tools they used was a shared drive, which housed our timeline, vendor details, setup instructions, and more. This centralized system made it incredibly easy to update and access information without relying on endless email threads. The greatest gift Niki and her team gave us was the ability to be fully present on our wedding day. We never had to worry about logistics, vendor coordination, or last-minute decisions—everything had been thoughtfully planned and executed. If you’re planning a wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden—or anywhere in the Phoenix area—I cannot recommend NJ Event Collective highly enough. Their professionalism, experience, and calming presence truly elevated our wedding experience.

I’m a born and raised Arizona Native, lover of antiques and overly obsessed dog mom. My husband and I got married in November 2020, we’ve actually known each other since we were kids (cute, right?)! He’s my best friend, ultimate hype man and the muscle that keeps Sage + Stone going. So needless to say he’s pretty great. After 8+ years in the events industry, I’ve finally found my passion – creating one of a kind, unique to you wedding experiences for the wildly in love. Let me start off by saying everyone needs a Bailey in their life! From the get Codi was amazing answering all my questions and detailing exactly what I should expect. When the torch got passed to Bailey to be my lead let me tell you she was there supporting me every step of the way! I would lay in bed at night and think of things text her and she would respond right back. She supported me through every decision! We had some weather on our wedding day which is rare in Arizona but Bailey made my ceremony happen and pushed for me to have my ceremony outside, which turned out to be amazing to say the least. They took all my ideas I put together and made mt dream day come true!! Bailey took over all the vendor communications 6 weeks prior to our big day and that was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I am telling you these ladies busted their rears to support me and make my day special and flow. The set up was just perfect all the girls were so sweet and accommodating in the wedding day! I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

We absolutely loved working with Liz for our wedding. She was hired to be our day-of-coordinator and was amazing to work with. We had meetings every few weeks about 3-4 months prior to the wedding and she helped us shape our wedding vision, color scheme, and offered a lot of helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we had all facets of the wedding covered. I had a magical forest theme for my wedding and she knew exactly how I can convert our wedding venue to that theme and also offered suggestions on what decor I can buy to bring the vision to life. She is also such a kind and beautiful person that also represented me and my husband's best interests and would express our wishes to our vendors. On the day before and on the day of our wedding, she and her wonderful team of assistants helped us decorate our venue to match our vision. We had quite an extensive decor list and her and her team knocked it out of the park! Not only that, but she worked very well behind the scenes throughout the wedding to make sure everything was taken care of and so we didn't have to worry about anything. The one time when there was an issue, we had a vendor that showed up quite late, Liz quietly pulled us aside and helped us contact the vendor and took care of the details so we didn't have to worry about it anymore. I highly recommend Liz and her company to help you with your wedding-you won't regret it!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Our day went so smoothly from start to finish, and we know this is due to Erin's impeccable attention to detail. We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. Johnny and Jon made my daughter's wedding day go off without a hitch. From setting up the room for the ceremony, switching the room over for the reception, making sure the decorations were perfect, coordinating the vendors, and making sure that I was ok throughout led to a perfect day. Having two people on hand to deal with questions for the venue was incredibly helpful. I can't imagine hosting a wedding without day-of coordinators!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

I mean it when I say she was the best vendor I hired for my wedding, and I would make that same decision a hundred times over. I met Jaycie a few months into planning my wedding. I had most of my vendors already booked, but I knew I needed someone I could fully trust to bring everything together and run the day. What I didn’t realize is how much more I was getting when I hired her. Jaycie stepped in like a seasoned pro: communicating seamlessly with my vendors, handling every hiccup without ever bothering me, and always being a text away. I found out days after my wedding that a few vendors nearly didn’t show up, and some of my decor was completely unusable, but Jaycie handled it all. She literally went to the store and bought replacement pieces out of her own pocket just to make sure the space looked exactly like what I had envisioned. She managed a timeline that kept getting thrown off by long speeches, handled tricky personalities with grace, and somehow kept me blissfully unaware of all the chaos happening behind the scenes. That’s the magic of Jaycie — she does it all with a calm, confident energy that makes you feel like everything is handled (because it is).
