Ashley was a dream to work with!! My husband and I had both been married before but it had been awhile since we planned a wedding and one at our home on top of that. From the start Ashley was so organized and managed every detail. When our work schedules got busy we knew she was working behind the scenes and when we had our monthly zoom meetings it was fun, easy and full of laughter. Our wedding was 80 people in our backyard and Ashley managed everything so well. We were never bothered with questions and were able to get ready with no stress. I couldn't recommend SGS Events and Sarah more highly. I reached out to her without a lot of lead time needing some flowers for my wedding, but I had no specific vision of what I wanted - I just knew I needed something. Sarah was willing to work with me to figure out what I wanted and then delivered better than I could have imagined! She came up with the idea to do small bud vases on each of the tables to then have guests take home at the end of the night. The guests were delighted and it was a huge hit! She was incredibly patient, flexible, and diligent about making sure all details were attended to and that everything was in place. I truly never truly thank her enough for helping make the day incredible!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. What meant the most to me, though, was how she showed up emotionally. Wedding planning can bring up family dynamics, stress, and big feelings. Zoe was such a steady, calming presence. She always reassured me that we weren’t behind, that everything was on track, and that we were doing great. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable during a really high-emotion season of life, and that is something I will never forget. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I truly have no idea - because she handled it before it ever reached me. She took the time to build a relationship with our wedding party and vendors to be able to pivot without me knowing and that meant the world to me. Guests, vendors, and our wedding party all commented on how calm, kind, and on top of everything she was. She created a beautiful atmosphere while somehow making it look effortless. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about our wedding - which is every brides dream - and no doubt the experience wouldn’t have been possible without Zoe. If you are planning a destination wedding (especially in Hawaii) or really any wedding anywhere and working within a budget but still want something elevated and meaningful, hire her. If you want a planner that feels like a friend you’ve known your whole life, hire her. She is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cares about her couples. Zoe wasn’t just our planner - she was the reason our wedding felt the way it did and I’m forever grateful for her.

The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Jodie and her team! We came from out of state to have our wedding in Oregon, and I truly don’t know how we would have managed without them. Jodie helped keep me sane! From the very beginning I felt like she really understood the vision for our special day and went above and beyond in more ways than one to make it come true. Sometimes it’s the little details that matter, and she thought of all of them. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and ability to manage all the moving parts with such grace and poise. I hired Jodie under her Wedding Management package, so I did most of the planning myself; during my planning I was stressed about how certain things would get executed since our venue was an intimate “DIY” type, but Jodie was so reassuring and when it came down to the weeks leading up to our wedding, I was able to fully relax knowing that she would have everything under control. My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!

We are SO grateful we hired Samantha from Bloom Events as our planner! From day one, she made everything easy and genuinely enjoyable. She handled vendor communication, built us a super organized timeline, and even reminded us of little things we never would’ve thought of (like arranging transportation for grandparents and creating a backup rain plan that looked just as beautiful as Plan A!). On the wedding day, Samantha was incredible at setting up the décor exactly how we pictured it, keeping the wedding party on schedule, and fixing a last minute boutonniere issue before I even knew it happened. Hiring Amanda as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made. She went above and beyond in every single way to make sure our day was perfect, not just the big things, but the tiny, behind-the-scenes details that no one else would’ve thought to handle. She picked up donuts for our dessert table, personally handled vendor issues like retrieving new glasses from another source when our original ones were out of stock, and even collected all our floral vessels so our florist could avoid an extra trip (and fee). She truly cared about making the day smooth for everyone, not just us. Amanda thought of everything down to the smallest details. She let us ship items directly to her house to cut down on our load, hand-filled bags of petals for our ceremony toss, tested our projector and home videos at her own home to make sure the setup would go off without a hitch, and met with me as often as I needed just to help ease my anxiety during planning. Her calm, steady presence was honestly one of the most reassuring parts of the entire process. As a very Type A person, I usually struggle to hand off control but with Amanda, I never had a single doubt. That’s how organized, prepared, and thoughtful she was. I truly felt like I could relax, knowing she had everything under control. We cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is not only extremely professional but also deeply caring, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in your day, she’s the one. You will not regret it.
